I know they did the basement, not sure of garage. Was not there for that pour. If its sealed, can I just "diamond grit" sand it as mentioned previously?

What if I just clean the unpolished concrete? Would it then look "polished"? The main goal there would be easy clean up of spills.

Its brand new concrete. These reviews are not encouraging LOL. So, is this why acid etching is recommended? I thought that was to "clean" it? I have never head of anyone "sanding" it.
