I believe if one is willing to carry a firearm it should be quickly accessible if not then why bother if you cant get to it. He had a diamond ear ring the assholes had ripped out of his ear, then took his money and wallet, and then jumped on his bike and took off for several blocks before abandoning the bike. I think for me inside the waistband may be uncomfortable on a sportbike but i have not tried that yet. So i thought about a shoulder holster for inside my jacket but would have to get to cover fast or shall i say faster since my draw would be longer to be able to readily use it. So would like to hear some ideas from you ccw bikers especially those who ride sportbikes.- P.S. I will also ask some of the guys i shoot IDPA with during our next meet.

i have a ccw license and i must say its hard to keep a firearm concealed on a sportbike.

changed my exhaust system (Yosh slip on to full Akro) and changed my antifreeze which was unavoidable. may throw on my 17toofer sometime in the near future..:-)

A bunch of us rode up there last year to check it out.. unless you were on a Harley you were pretty much out of place. Same thing that i had heard so i didnt bother. Although i did go to Whiskeys quite a bit on my bike since i really like the place.

yeah really because you all and i know that if people show up on bikes and beer is available it will be drank. not everyone but there are bound to be some. I was surprised to see them serving it in the first place.

Well last year someone told me Fitzgeralds had a bike night may have been tuedays...not sure though.

my experience......didnt take that safety course or whatever its called not because i didnt want to but as soon as they had open enrollment alot of the classes book up fast...i was like holy shit!. I didnt want to wait forever to get my M endorsement. So i got my permit and rode down to take the practical on west broad by 70...hilltop area. i would never have passed it except some guy had a scooter he had rented. I borrowed it for a small fee. It was right on time. There is no way you can fail this test on a small scooter. I mean hell this scooter was so under powered its unbelievable. Now....i could have attempted it on my 02 ZX12 but i said why bother i get the same license on a scooter. Besides constantly under 8 mph that ninja just dont want to do anything...lol.

hell i remember when i bent my key. I went to a number of shops and .......they didnt have the key blank so i ordered 5 Key blanks online and now have 4 of them sitting on my comp shelf. I couldnt believe that Kawasaki key blank was so hard to find. One older guy tried to make one but as i told him....it was too short a blank for the switch and thats when i went online.

yeah Cali BMV sucks big time my mom use to live in L.A. but now in Vegas. I can remember spending my summers out there in the 80's listening to her go on about them. Sorry to hear about that guy... hopefully they get their ass in gear.
