Typically especially with the builders of this era home used a thin solid color stain on these homes. However at anytime an actual paint could be applied over it. If painting, any bare wood would need to be primed. My suggestion would be to either go with a sherwin williams brand paint(superpaint), or a semitransparant/solid color stain(woodscapes). When new it really looked nice with the new cedar. However, homeowners found out quickly that it didnt last. I painted over 1000 homes in pickerington alone for this season and on some streets went from neighbor to neighbor to neighbor. Look at your pm's if your looking for a good fair price.

As a tire tech many moons ago I have done many patch plugs before most shopes even heard of them. I have done themin bike tires but I always tried to convince owner to not risk it. We even had waivers signed and eventually refused to do them.

If it was sold as a bike and not as a storage unit sale, it dont work that way. theres a process involved whereas the person/place auctioning would have to send certified letters to owner blah blah blah then finally send off for a title in their own name before selling at auction.

Post on craigslist each day with the heading "today only" that will bring in alot of people to a normal ad. Then state you need cash thats why its priced low. Kinda keeps people from asking you to go lower if they already think your at bottom dollar on asking. You will get the few who try to offer lower by saying"well if you need the money so bad". But its worth a shot.
