That sucks hardcore. 20% for that bike would be amazing, they are still in the buy back process the insurance still hasn't giving me a price but I can only hope it is going to be 20%

agreed that is pretty messed up!!! i was thinking i could buy the bike for about 500-1000 because my grandpa bought back a truck of his about 5 years ago from the insurance guys for 700 and that was a truck that would have been worth 5-6k before the wreck, the comparison the the bike and the truck were pretty close so that is what i assumed. but wow all i can say is i am going to start my own insurance branch and do nothing but rip people off because that seems to be the norm nowadays.

wow i didnt think the insurance would want more than 1k for it..... wake up call!!! if thats the case i am not going to touch it... i wanst planing on spending more than 3,000 to fix it up, buying it back form the insurance co. and all. and i was even wuestioning spending $3,000 for eveything.

thats the thing i am the one going to buy it back from the insurance co. he had full coverage on it and got his money back from the + some. he wasnt even planing on doing anything with it. he was letting it go but i want to do something with it. i havent seen it yet, but i was assuming the frame was bent up by the tripple but now that you mentioned it being the forks being bent that would make my job a little easier and less expensive if that is the case.

ok so here is my case, i guy i know in kentucky just wrecked his zx-6r. the insurance co. totaled it out and i am thinking about buying it back from the insurance co. to have a little project bike/trackbike that i could sell and maybe make money off of if at all possible. so here is the damage: busted radiator bent chassis busted front plastics bent front rim and the normal scraping and pictures the new chassis is going to run about 1200, radiator 200, rim another 200, and i am going to rplace all the plastics for some cheap race plastics. what do you guys think?

have you checked out the local taxedermist. some of the them will actually have furs and skulls and such of ramdom animals for sale. maybe find something cool in there?

so so true, my dad is from south america. he came here 20 od years ago with a green card got a job married my mom became a u.s. citizen. now has three kids working on college deg. and is now trying to run his own buisness. thats what imagraion is all about. now if you come here hidden in the back of a 53' long semi trailer and the first stop it hits on the other side of the border you run like a maniac hopeing not to get caught, actually get away, steal an identity, and get a job pay min. wage and you send 90% of that money back to mexico, creating a makeshift stimulous plan for mexicans, ruining our economy. you deserve to be inprisioned for at least 5-10 years. and like the article says why are they blaming the u.s. government for thier problems when the problem is thier own!!!!
