  1. I think everyone hopes the same even Rossi. I think Audi came in a little to late. Rossi is expected to make an announcement about his decision before Indy. And those are words out of his mouth..... I don't think ducati has showed him anything near enough to keep him around.
  2. I'm pretty sure they have the race for free on motogp.com. I could be wrong. And Rossi's front washed away, he said it was a bit like what happened in silverstone in practice. He has had no feeling in the front end of the bike all season and every remedy they try creates chatter. He was expecting to have an almost brand new bike by the laguna round but from the sound of things ducati gave him 10% of all the upgrades he was promised. I expect to hear him announce over the break that he's going to go to yamaha with Lorenzo or take Bautista's seat at San Carlo. But more than likely the factory yamaha ride that ben left wide open. I don't think Rossi will take much more of the broken promises ducati toss at him especially since he has options for next year.
  3. Wow there are no words to truly describe that article....
  4. Beautiful pup! My German shorthair is the same way with food it took forever finding a food for her that she did well with and my wife and I were finding that she was having a problems with the treats we were giving her for training as well. So just another thing to look after too. Enjoy the new member of the family!
  5. Congrats! And +1 on the no handle bar risers.
  6. I'll be honest and say that I've switched banks 3 times in the last 5-6 years because of high fees, dumb fees, and poor customer service. But on the other hand I have very few automatic payments and very few forms to fill out after I switch banks. If I had a ton of loans and bills on auto pay I would think I would have a harder time considering the switch of a banking company. And I think that banks realize that the more "perks" they offer you the more loyal you're going to be as a costumer. Not only because the "perks" are nice to have but more so because they know once they tangle you up with paperwork they can slouch with customer service a little more because they know you're more apt to stay.
  7. Wsbk with BMW, end of story.
  8. I've yet to watch the moto 3 race but I've heard great things about it. I've watched all of them up until this point they all have been outstanding so far this year. Moto 2 hasn't disappointed this year either.
  9. Welcome! Im down the road from you as well. I live right over by Lexis Nexis.
  10. Ooooo!!! I want!!! Oh to be single again and not to have a wife that cared what I do and do not spend my money on....
  11. In the Cincy area I will have to say sport tour is the best place to go for install and prices on tires. If you can hook up with hoblick when he's down in the area then hands down go with hoblick but if not I would recommend sport tour to anyone. Here's a link to their page. http://www.sporttour.com/
  12. I was a bit surprised to hear, even reading rumors about it as late as a week ago it seems. I think a lot of it has to deal with the new rules and especially the CRT bikes on top of him starting a family and having time for that family. I don't think it has anything to do with whether or not he has a "big crash" or not, or if he's thinking it will happen. As a racer I would surely say he's not. There's no place for those thoughts in a racers head for that. Though, arguably, there is in his wife's head. I would say his reasoning would be split 50-50 between new rules such as the CRT bikes and new rev limiters, and having time for his new family.

    goodbye

Sorry to hear, hope you have a speedy recovery and I say hop back on the horse as soon as possible. But I understand respecting the people who are important to you.
  14. I'm right there with you brian...
  15. yup! That ride! That's the one where I rode 300+ miles with a broken hand and we got pulled over by little man syndrome cop. And yeah I miss a good amount of our dayton crew. Cleaner I hvent heard from in a good long while, speed either... Jeremi photographed my wedding, Dustin moved to Nashville, jarvis is still around here and there, hes been doing a lot of track days. And Joe hasn't been here in way too long...
  16. I remember those years... I didn't make this ride but there were quite a few like it. My favorite was the Dayton/Columbus group ride we did in Dayton. I will never forget that ride. That or the 50+ bikes who took the scenic route to the dyno day.
  17. My favorite had to be the markdown price from $199,999 to $700!!! and a very close second was the reasoning as to why it blew a head gasket.
  18. if we4 can count on anyone to make any kind of joke around here its jbot
  19. Met up with Hoblick in Springfield yesterday. I can't thank him enough for meeting me on a beautiful Sunday afternoon where he could be out riding instead. You can't beat the prices and hoblick does great work. Dayton people need to schedule a get to gether and split the travel cost. End of story. Thanks again Hoblick!!!
  20. Last I heard they were closed for good, I drive past there pretty often and Ive been thinking the owners are just freshening the place up to get someone in there to rent the place. It doesn't look like anyone is doing anything to the inside at all. It is looking a ton better though. That will be prime real eastate as soon as they get done renovating that exit off of 75.
  21. Hello wife's first carry piece! I love the m&p lineup. I was having a hard decision on what to get my wife for carry because she wanted something small but I wanted her to have something with a little more umph. Perfect!!! Thanks brian.
  22. I'm going to go with hoblick, thanks for the input everyone.
  23. I was wondering if anyone knew of anyone in the Dayton possibly Cincy area that does a great job on changing tires for a reasonable rate. Right now I can't find anyone shop who doesnt charge any less than $75 for tire mount and balance. I would go see Dustin but he moved to nashvegas, sad story there. Thanks for the help.
  24. i will go ahead and say the pass that marquez put on luthi was a immature at best... but regardless there have been much more immature moves thrown down by much more experienced riders in the past. with that being said i loved the moto2 race and i cant wait until the talent in moto2 moves to motogp. iannone is a killer racer and a true racer at heart, marquez is a brilliant racer but i think his thinking almost cost him the race, and luthi is just all around a great rider thinker and hes obviously great at setting up a bike right out of the gate. and motogp will always be motogp, i will admit its killing me not to see rossi running up front and the field almost seems empty without simmonceli in the mix.
