Yup..that's exactly how it is, and I'm trying to change that. I got started too late last year...so this year I'm gonna hit it full force as early as possible. You can check the older threads on there to see what we were trying to do.

This used to happen all the time during the cold war. There is a simple reason for this..Russia is a world power once again. Their economy is strong, and they play a major role on the world stage once again. They are flexing their muscles. This was training to see how we would react. Plus, it's also a tap on the shoulder to show us that Russia is not afraid of the US military. Expect more incidents like this. Russia is PISSED at us for our plans to deploy the missle defense shield in Europe. I can;t say that i blame them..it's almost..and I say ALMOST like the Cuban missle crisis years ago. The difference obviously is that our system is touted as purely defensive. Look at it from Russia's perspective though. ... Exactly how hard would it be to turn these sites to an offensive capability? And they are on Russia's back door...so I can see their point. Like I said..this won't be the last time this happens.

Mencia just ripped off a joke about having a mexican vice president...chappelle did that SAME joke ...really...the SAME exact joke in his stand up. Yes, i know jokes get recirculated...but not verbatim!!!! Damn. It doesn't matter how long he has been on the scene..that's not in question. Mencia is a thief...period. I'm not saying he's not funny at all, I'm saying he's not too original, and is a blatant joke thief. not just once or twice either.

That's perfect, because I am in Strongsville on mon, wed, and fri. I am in beachwood tue and thu. Cool..we'll definately need to keep in touch. I need to get the brakes and fairings back on my bike soon, but it's too damn cold to be in the garage right now. COME ON SPRING!

Yeah I kinda figured that about the parks..low speed limits..can't really get on it. The only really nice riding I've found has been the back roads headed to Mansfield..and even then the twisties are limited. I know everyone keeps telling me southern Ohio is where it's at. I guess I was looking for something close to home. Guys and gals, post your routes...even if they are headed south or east. We'll hit them once the weather turns for some organized romps. I CANT WAIT!!! Matter of fact, I've got some Ram Air Eyes, Halo Eyes, ZX14 Calipers, brake pads and steel braided lines to get on real quick like.

I used to train Martial Arts at JK Kang, next to McCarty's on Pearl (is that 82?) i can't keep the #'s straight. I actually work off of Darice Parkway, which is off of Royalton Road (I think that's 42). It's down about a mile from a Speedway..near Marietta Farms. I work for Antares (Medical Mutual). What are your work hours? I am always down for an after work romp or some beverages at a local beverage establishment. Whoops...I am assuming you work in Strongsville..that could be a bad assumption.

I've already found some good riding taking the back roads to Mansfield. The roads are there. There aren't many. You just have to look harder.

Amen!! I work in Strongsville BTW. I tried getting folks organized last year. We made one ride (it was late in the season). I'm hoping to get everyone together this year..early...for many ORGANIZED rides. I live in Lorain, BTW. I work in Strongsville and Beachwood. There was an older threa from last year that I started...it had everyones contact info. That's the first step. I'm willing to be the ride captain and get all this sh!t organized...I just want to have some people to ride with. Knuckle heads need not apply. We all like to get on it and spray it every once in a while..but if you want to ride a stand up wheelie past the state police station, sorry man, that's too much attention for me. Save that sh!t for the back roads and parking lots. Anyways..I think now is a good time to get this show on the road. Anyone in the CLE area that wants to get together during the week or weekends for some beverages or some organized romps through NE Ohio, put up your contact details. I was supposed to go there today..but didn't. The show is coming to Cleveland at the end of January..I'll be out of the country though. I believe it's at the I-X center. Google it.

No plans. Too many amateurs out..which means too many cops out. I'll kick it at home.

I second that. I was so desperate to ride, I hopped on the bike Monday AM to go to the store. Gotta love the throttle response in that crisp cool air!! I say we alternate....CLE area one month..C-Bus the next month.

No doubt! Actually, I have been in Columbus a few times..I have a significant other there now. Annnnd, now that I think about it, I'll be there all next week (well, actually in Dublin) for some Cisco training. What do you have going on next week???? Let me know next time you come this way..You can always stay at my spot if you need somewhere to crash.
