Yup, we've been off 23 in Lewis Center for a few years.

:nod: EFI would be a cool thing to see, but I'm wondering how they'll regulate it? With the carb'd set ups the restrictor plate cuts the power. Will there be a blanket ECU tune? Throttle stop? Smaller throttle body? I wouldn't mind more road courses too, that would kick ass on top of them going to a super speedway the very next weekend. I figured they'd keep the pony cars out of it for their aerodynamic advantages. The older IROC cars were Trans-Ams not too long ago, but seemed they were a little faster than the Cup cars. No need to complicate something that works as is.

I need to find out when they have a rally, I'll go and have a BBQ out there for them in my fur coat, snake skin boots, and my feather hat.

Dollar for dollar, car for car, the 350Z is like the Camaro/Mustang/Challanger. It's the Japanese pony car if you will.

I wasn't going for mearly just stock for stock, but I know some believers out there think American cars were built for one thing. I just put a few up to show they're built for turning aswell. Making a point that is all.

That's why I always love the import crowd making up for their lack of cubic inches with the fact they can "out" handle the fat American pony cars.

FYI, you can buy a preped mustang from the factory http://www.fordracingparts.com/mustang/competition5.asp I don't see Nissan or any other Japanese company doing that. Mustangs, Camaros, Challangers etc.. have been road racing longer than all the Jap junk has. Trans-Am racing for starters, cars like the AAR Cuda, the Boss 302, the Z-28 Camaro w/ 302. Just adding fuel for the anti-American crowd.

I work @ Pickups plus, I probably talked to you on the phone I believe. I plan on aquiring a diesel by spring, so I'm always curious about numbers and mods done. So far with anyone of the big 3 diesel's, I'm shocked by the capabilities of them
