I'd check the ignition box, if I remember right I believe the old fox bodies like to break up after putting a few power adders on it. I'd do an MS6 box, and see if you can crack into EEC and do a little bit of tuning. Next, if that don't work if you have an adjustable fuel regulator turn it up a tad, it maybe cutting out. Either fuel or spark I think is the issue honestly.
