6061 is not a good grade of aluminum to cnc that clamp with. With a tripple you need maximum rigidity and you are defeating the purpose

I was fortunate enough to be able to work the recent tire test at miller for Kawasaki. We tested J.D Beach on the zx10r superbike. It was the first time he had ever ridden a 1000cc bike. For those of you who have never been to miller, words can describe the facility. Its surrounded by mountians and great scenery. The owner of that quad can go fuck himself. We plowed that track for 2 hours and purposley had left water on it so it could refreeze over night. He was told 5 times it was not safe and could not support the weight of his quad. The ranger is having a dive team come in and will place an airbag underneath and remove it at owners expense.
