you didnt want to keep the black ones clean lol

and the winner is... it will be getting the exact color scheme. ill be having the stock honda emblems cleared on the tank like factory, and either some VFR decals, or something on the side like the picture. turn sigs, and tail lights will be tinted as well. exhaust is going black, and the pipes are going to get heat wrapped wheels stay black... and i will be ordering a sargent seat shortly, along with new grips. probably the driven grips like i had on the R6. cant wait to get the sargent seat, the stock seat on the VFR blows

nevar!!! it perfect for storage, and when my wife rides she can use it as a backrest (gonna be putting a backrest pad on it for her soon) plus it detaches very quickly and easy. so if i want it off, takes about 5 seconds

here is the deal.. after some consideration, and looking for another bike to suit my needs as well as the wifes needs, i ended up with a 03 VFR (v4junkies bike) i ended up trading him my R6 for it. i couldnt be happier with the deal. and the wife loves the VFR as well. we rode a ton today, and what a difference in comfort for both of us. and damn do i love that V4 sound. currently as many of you probably have seen, the bike is OD green (flat army green) with the graphics he installed. although it is an eye catcher, im anal about my bikes paint. and flat colors tend to show alot of wear and there is nothing you can do about it. so i think im going to have attack painter paint it for me. but what color??? here it is now my 3 choices thus far are (and if it matters its got black wheels, and tinted screen) white: black: gunmetal/dark charcoal silver: dont have pics of the bike with this color

it was definately fun, and i cant wait to do more long rides/ touring. its funny how many people come up to you when you stop for gas, and ask questions.. where ya going? where you from? what kind of bike is that? is it cold on that thing? your going clear to virginia beach? funny stuff one stretch of highway we took in WV was fun as hell.. nothing like big sweepers at 90+ didnt see many cops really either.. very surprised we didnt get nabbed.. on the way home we rode mostly interstate and stayed at a constant 90mph cruising speed

sketchy place, didnt want my bike stolen, so i put it in the hotel room.. any more questions lol

it was a long ride... almost 1500 miles total went straight to VA beach, then on the way back stopped in roanoke and stayed the night then headed home. we caught rain the first couple hours or so.. left at 3a.m. from columbus. got caught in some traffic in WV a semi with hauling fertilizer over turned and caught on fire, so we sat for about an hour. then kept on hauling.. we took route 311 and it was amazing the bit we were on it. road was nice and twisty went up a mountain then back down the other side great views and the state line was on that road as well. highly recommend that road to anyone interested.. we got a hotel on the beach in VA beach.. not a bad price either. view was awesome, and weather was in the 80s when we arrived at 6pm got up around 11, and took off. didnt really know where we were going.. we were gonna head south to NC, but figured we might fo to the greenbrier too check the bunker out.. my buddy ended up calling the wrong place and then we found out the bunker wasnt open for a tour.. so we headed to Roanoke for the night. we got a room at a sketchy hotel, so we decided tit was best to put the bikes in the room, unfortunately his harley didnt fit lol. that ngiht we went to a resturant/bar we saw when we first arrived that was downtown... called macadoos looked like a decent spot to hang out and catch some grub.. start funny story here---- so we go in and sit down order a drink.. my buddy turns to me and says man look at the gym teacher convention over there.. i turn and look and it was like a table full of butch lesbians.. we got to looking around and all the girls were talking to girls... and all the dudes were talking to dudes.. listen to whats playing.. some christina agulara.. oh fuck is this a ... so i ask the waitress.. is this a gay bar/ resturaunt?? she says well .. primarily.. but alot of straight people come here as well. we start laughing our asses off... to top it off.. my buddy is wearing leather chaps. we say fuck it, stay and eat.. and laugh our asses off.. then a waitress comes up and says a guy at the bar always gets fellow bikers that come in a drink.. my buddy is like well hell yeah we will take free drinks.. you cant write this kind of story lol.. so we leave and then head back to the hotel. get up the next morning and pull the bike outta the hotel room and get ready to roll.. see some chick moving out of the hotel room next to use.. literally .. bitch look liked she stayed there a month or 2 soo ghetto. we rode mostly highway back being pressed for time. didnt take many pics, cause we were riding more than anything.. but here are some i snapped. enjoy

so after my trip to virginia beach and back on the R6 im debating to keep it or not.. first day 670 miles i felt like poo afterwards mostly because i left right from work tired and sore already from work. 2nd day 400 miles felt alot better than the previous, back not bothering me too much, neck is killing me though ( i have neck problems anyway) and wristss are so so 3rd day on the way back back is still the same, neck still hurts like hell, and wrists got worse now we logged almost 1500 miles in 3 days, and in reality i dont feel as bad as i thought. thing is i wanna do alot more touring.. alot more! i love it! now i think myself, i could probably keep touring the r6, id have a few complaints but id still do it. BUT.. i will be doing alot of trips with the wife as well. and having her on the back, i know she wont be comfortable, and having her leaning on me is gonna make me even more uncomfortable than i already am. so what the fuck should i do. i like my bike alot, but at this time i can really only have one bike. since i dont know how the economy is gonna be. and you never know.. i could get laid off, or my wife.. so id really not like a payment on a bike right now. the R6 is paid, and i could sell or trade it for something else. or just roll it the whole season..
