glad you like it doc. and yes 300 miles + is capable on it. but like i told you in PM for me i wanted something i could do more milage daily, and had a bit more suspension to it. i loved my VFR to death, and sometimes i wish i never sold it. but the Multi is working out very very well for me if you have any questions on those bikes PM me. And when valve check time comes around hit me up, i have all the tools to do the job.. and its a BIG job

awesome! youll really enjoy the bike. if i didnt mention before, if your riding 2 up with luggage, youll want to look into a heavier rear spring and fork springs. it will be worth your while. thats one thing i wish i did on my bike. the suspension just was at its limits even with me and luggage. the japanese must think we are all 100lbs and dont ride passengers

Racer offers an awesome pair of winter gloves the Dynamic 2 Goretex http://www.racerusa.net/waterproof they also have the hard nuckles the multitop in that same link is a nice all arounder as well. a littlel less warmth, but love the kangaroo palm., and they are waterproof and same link, the Novus is a full on winter glove which is there go to glove for winter before the dynamic 2 came out. im a Racer Glove fan lol.. have a pair of there gauntlet race gloves and a pair of the short sport gloves. thats why i sell them, i wear them, i know the quality, and they are some damn fine gloves! hold up to crashes well too lol

been through these roads a time or 2 before, should be a blast on the new bike

think im gonna have to swap on a set of pilot road 2s for this journey maybe an oil change while im at it lol camera battery charged with clean 16gb card in it.. GoPro battery charged, and a fresh 32gb card in it! several GoPro mounts on the bike.. yup im ready

i assume, the wife and i will be leaving columbus around 8-9 am on friday that will put us at schlepps diner around 10-11 eat lunch and take off from there

it will be a slab to our starting point in belmont ohio.. sucks, but its the quickest way. no good roads to that point really, unless you want to add another hour and a half to the start point. im gonna leave day 3 as open, we can choose many routes back up from marietta. and since day 2 might be split somwhere into day 3 it will just be easier that way

2nd day may be split up a bit, its 463 miles, and depending on gas stops and food and what not, it could take longer than i think it will to do that mileage.

I have the Teknic Thunder WP , they work really well, and they are still leather glvoes. nice choice though, should serve you well
