PD was 100% correct, if a neighbor see's someone they don't recognize trying to break into my house (whether it's me or not) I hope they do call the cops. I would fully expect the cops to do the same thing to me, and I'd thank them for searching my house to be sure there wasn't somebody in the house holding a member of my family hostage or hiding until they left, etc... After everything checks out and the cops leave I'll go thank that neighbor for looking out...

Just buy ya a big boat, park it on a lake and drive to it every weekend. That way you still get your 30MPG and your boat is always on the lake... That was our solution.
