  1. Seems like the weather has been a factor of no rides more often than not this spring so far...I just wanted to say that rain sucks. Except I wish it'd rain right now to water my dirt in hopes that the seed in the dirt will turn to grass... Discuss.
  2. I'd say all in all it's a $200 dollar question... My suggestion, try it. Change sprockets ride it and see how it feels. If you don't like it pop your 1000RR cherry. A couple hundred compared to a few thousand, it doesn't sound like money is entirely an issue... My .02
  3. Honda says bad page or something... But no love for Kawi on that site or am I blind??
  4. Don't let Nicks wife find this thread, he'll get banned again All in good fun nick...
  5. Is that as long as you lasted, or all the guys lasted
  6. I want pics!!! I read the post.
  7. You might be able to find some new brushes to slap in it...be about $40 A new starter will run ya about 150
  8. From the when you see it thread...Just a compilation of images...add some more I always enjoyed these...Most of these are pretty lame, but whatever..
  9. lightly tap it with a hammer while pushing the starter and you might get it to go...
  10. I rode as well and watched it rain and saw big puffy black clouds too... But now I see blue sky and sunshine.
  11. I do, just saying for the general public it's not gonna happen.
  12. Have no idea who many of you were, but I made a showing! It was an awesome day for riding!! And I must have left Wendy's too quickly, because I missed whatever events you speak of moose.
  13. Unless you catch Bill outside of work he won't accept jobs if you talk to him at the shop.
  14. Sounds good. I can't concentrate if I'm doing anything that requires numbers if someone is there. Just changing a tire I don't mind too much, but the technical work I need my alone time.
  15. Do those puppies fit under the jacket comfortably?
  16. You make FocusDave happy...He's not the only one that multi threads the same problem
  17. Bill at HNW...whoops shoulda added that... I could do it same day. Leaving and grabbing lunch would be good. I work better alone. Off the bike would make it much easier for me, then all I gotta do it dismount the tire and slap it up on the truing stand. It's not a big deal to take it off the bike either though. I work my actual job til 4 weekdays so the bike stuff is after I get off work. Usually I start doing whatever work I have around 5. So this sounds like it might be a weekend thing if you want me to do it. Anyway just lemme know.
  18. If you wanna drive it to Dayton I can do it... I know he said Columbus dewds, I'm just throwing out the offer... and BTW I talked to the guys in service a bit yesterday and they aren't all that busy. It's gonna cost you a $100 bones or so if you take it to them though...
  19. I'm not going...and I didn't see it until the posted link... and I'm not going to disagree with either of you, but i thought maybe someone on here might be interested that rolls that way
  20. I'm not gonna make it, I just finished up moving about 18 wheel barrows full of dirt from my front yard. Yay.
