  1. You could also do an LLC but the information is then public and more money is involved to get it started vs Quicken. I don't know if you need to pay annually in OH or not for the LLC.

No you do not need to pay for it annually. There is only a one time fee. But your taxes could get a little complicated, but I am not sure.

  2. Just interested to see if anyone here has gotten "CLEO" in Franklin county to sign off on an atf 4 form for a short barrel rifle. I'm wanting to build a short barrel and I'm not sure if I want to go that way or do a gun trust. Any advice?

I know the Gahanna Chief of police will sign off on NFA items, but you have to live in Gahanna. Sheriff Scott will not sign off on NFA items, well he knows you personally, he probably will. There is no way in hell you can get CPD Chief to sign off on any NFA items. Why not just LLC that shit.

  3. I am guessing to Piss off Mr. Kenneth Cole him self for his anti-gun stance. I am pretty sure that if Mr. Cole him self finds out that his products are being used this way, he would probably be really pissed. Either that the people that work at PWS is a bunch of fucktards that didn't realize that Kenneth Cole is anti-gun and promoted their product with the kenneth cole brand anyways. lol
  4. how bright are they? there are a few places that I'd like to mount these that would be extremly helpful for low light areas but yes my property is pretty well lit.

Also do you still need an electrical gange box to mount them or do they just screw into a stud?

it will light a small area pretty well. It isn't going to be as bright as like a 120watt flood light, but it will get the job done.

  5. What would happen if you didn't pay the ticket? is it different than a speed cam ticket?

I was busted by a speed camera in a small town about 2 years ago, did some research and realized all they could do is send it to collections & put it on my credit report no chance of anything happening to my license. I didn't pay it, the fine went up to about $200 in the final letter they sent over a year ago. Currently nothing at all on my credit report.

They can send you to collections but it can't go on your Credit report since they can't prove that it was you in the car. Same reason why it is a civil ticket and not criminal.
