Commuters: Do you use a backpack or some kind of bike cargo?

I've used soft saddlebags for the last 15+ years on both standard and GT bikes. I've never carried a laptop but on those days when it starts out cold and is hot for the trip back home they can hold alot of clothes as well as a lunch box and other small equipment needed. -
I've been using an Optimate for the last few years and it does a very good job. It recovers dead batteries as well as charging them. It cost about $50 from a Yamaha dealer in Ravenna but I think it was well worth the money.

I not saying it is right to run from the cops or to put others in danger or crash people just because you are pissed but how come the bike couldn't lose a car in 15 miles? -

I live about half way between Akron and Youngstown and I am always looking for others to ride with. I mostly ride a Bandit 1250S

I'm from the Youngstown/Akron area and I like to ride on the weekends. there are some nice roads a little bit south of here.

I bought a red, bandit today and I like it. If anybody is going to the motorcycle days (2007) at Mid Ohio and is passing through the Youngstown area let me know and we can ride down together. red line at least once a ride, it makes you feel good.
