well the problem i face is that the roads closer to cbus are so flat that you might as well do the Istate to make it last not so long. and yeah i only rode 555 for s short while, but it was clear what i ride. it was right around zanesville. the other roads were good except 668 had a bunch of gravel in the corners. someone had the awesome idea of putting more gravel where the gravel had been depleted from the side.

well what exactly are you booting from the floppy? usually people just change the bios to boot up windows install disk. to change the boot drive, you need to go into bios using whatever key they tell you to press, usually the delete key. a blue screen will come up with some options and menus and things. what youre looking for is the option where it specifies the primary boot device. its usually on one of the major menus like "system" or so. i havent been in my bios for a while so i forget the terminology. so when you find the primary boot device it will usually say "floppy", another indicator that you found the correct option. the floppy will also be referred to as "1.44" disk drive" sometimes so watch out. you simply change that option to CDROM and save and quit and voila. it should recognize when you have a CD inserted during boot and tell you to press any key to boot from disk. then you press any key. depending on what youre trying to do will determine what you need to do with the data from the floppy.

i dont have you beat by any stretch but i found some good routes this sunday as well. mine were pre planned but i ended up missing a turn and improvising on the triple nickel. i took 33 down to logan and 93, then 668 (tons of gravel, avoid at all cost), (in no particular order) SR345, SR37, SR669, and thats as far as i got before hitting the 555 after missing a turn somewhere. all those roads are pretty good, not too many towns to pass through and i never had to pass anyone on the roads cause there was nobody out once you got out of any town. my route had me coming all the way around to 13 before hitting the boring roads such as 70. i was trying to squeeze out the most turns with the least amount of miles and especially as close as i could stay to columbus so i wouldnt have to spend too long on the interstate. anyway, i like your no directions riding style. well have to ride out sometime. im thinking a west virginia adventure at some point.

the bios settings you have to change are fairly simple. you just want it to recognize the cd as the boot disk instead of the floppy. much les hassle than tgetting a floppy.

i gave up on consoles after i bought my xbox and halo 2. used to play a lot of that, having pretty good size halo parties and such, but then the xbox live acame in and nobody wanted to play anymore, and i dont like the idea of paying monthly for games as my habits change often. so now my last game purchase has been bf2 and if i have a hankering for gaming thats what i do. i got into MMORPGs for a bit like lineage2. never did the WoW thing. basically if i have someone to play with its a lot more fun, otherwise i get bored and go read a book or ride... whew that was kinda long winded. any other people play bf2 or computer games in general?

i usually either go to kickstand, triple 16 or taco bell on campus. depends on what kind of trouble i want to get into and whether or not any kids are gonna show up at kickstand.

i saw the 4t at the advance right next to iron pony for under 4 bucks per quart. pissed me off cause i had just bought 2 quarts at the iron pony ripoff special price. btw, the only filter in stock at iron pony for the 250 is the fram, so i wouldnt worry about looking for the K&N one.

i want to ride to drill for the army reserve but i dont know what the regulations are on that. can i wear stuff over my uniform and all that? maybe someone could help me out with this.

man i want to go so bad but ive got drill this weekend...and this will probably be my last unemployed weekend for a while.
