  1. ...you fools are useless...get it together and pick a weekend to get lost in the mountains of Virginia!
  2. Since parks can not copy and paste on his own.... I posted some roads on the wall of cbrjess...since Adam isn't very good at the internet I'll copy and past the essentials...(...but to be honest I want to go ride US-52 in Va off of I-77 (mostly because of this part) because it was a hidden gold mind that I found on my ride back from Myrtle Beach last summer. It's not that far from Columbus either, only like 4.5 hours away or so....from the looks of ol' google, there are some others I wouldn't mind scouting out like VA-91, VA-16, VA-80 and the list goes on...). I say we do that instead of go all the way to Myrtle Beach like Seth wants...we have all summer to do that and it will take more than a weekend. The area in Virginia I'd like to explore is like 4.5 hours from Columbus...I'm sure we could make it in less and I-77 through WVa is not bad on the bike...
  3. It said 50-60% for awhile now and we've got nothing over off 161 . When are you going to 5 guys...and are you riding?
  4. We'll have to set that up...I'll see what the Coshocton kids think.

  7. It's not exactly the gap that I'd go back for, but the roads around it are pretty awesome. Like NC-28 was my FAVORITE and it branched off US-129...

  8. Yeah...my ass was long gone, but I guess you wouldn't know that .
  9. After riding in the mountains in VA and the Deal's Gap area...I guarantee you'll take a second thought about those NKY roads. I've watch video of one of those NKY rides and it reminded me of Coshocton at best, but with narrow roads lol. I have to go to a wedding the 23rd of next month, so as long as it's not that weekend I should be at your Coshocton debut.

  10. I know, I was just being a smartass back. lol Not to burst your bubble, but riding up here is not much fun unless you go out to Coshocton. Crane always tried to get me to come ride NKY last summer, but I always felt if I go that far I might as well hit the mountains in WV, VA, or TN. We'll see tho...I suppose it's worth one trip to see this NKY for myself. :moo:

  11. ...or buy some of these...
  12. Ahhhhhhahahahahahaha so it's like that...I'm speechless. I guess we'll have to wait and see how much I see that Honda of yours when we go riding together. :burnout:

  13. GOOD...I'm glad you are finally making the right decision by getting a Yamaha. Now, if you would just get rid of that Honda... :D

  14. I like the way coshocton county looks all backwoods...the writing on the back could be different, but I don't live in coshocton and could careless if they can read my shirt anyways. haha I don't know what coshocton kids are using to build the shirt designs, but I'm just using a little ms-paint.
  15. Hahaha the girls are all greased up...looks like this bike shop is setting up four soon to be squidly SuSucki owners for FAILURE when they hop on their newly greased 600, 750, and 1000 then Yut Ughhhh fall!
  16. ...so you do realize if you lock up your rear brake that you have completely stopped your rear tire from moving? (In other words your rear brake is working like it's supposed to on your sport bike, but you're going to run into problems because you have less control when your front tire continues to spin while your rear tire has stopped.) If the tires on your sport bike have came to optimal temperature and you grab a hand full of front break...you'll flip the bike over before you lock the front wheel (this also depends on the street surface.) When you combine those two scenarios for a sport bike, your max stopping power will be right before your rear tire lifts off the ground (by using the front break) and your rear tire starts to lock (by using the rear break). ....now you have to find out where that is depending on your breaking system, tires, suspension, road surface, temperature and your weight....I'll give you a head start, it's definitely more front break than rear.
