Yates C3 heads M-6049-C3L, one is a 99 casting and the other is a 00 i beleive. Both haeds are in great shape just need a little cleaning. Comes with two sets of valave springs and DEL WEST valves. I also have a full set of Jesel 1.9 ratio rockers for these heads but no stands ( they require the one peice stands and I have the part number you need) and the ARP hardware to mount them minus three bolts but you can get them from Jesel. Another thing to look at is how well the AWD works in its intended weather. My father has a X5 sport package or whatever ( step underneath the X5M). and with the way it comes its horrid in snow and some heavy rain. Now I dont know how the Audis are but from the pictures at the LEAST you will have to get a set of aftermarket or stock wheels ( if they fit over the brakes like the X5 is having issues) just to drive in the winter. Other than that I vote the BMW just because I only like Ferrari powered Audis that I can never afford. I love my Dads X5 but not his 650i, BMWs are a crap shoot on if its going to be a good one or a shiat one.
