  1. Its more the engine "decodes" than the PCIII itself. Fuel octanes change, motors get looser, compression changes, filter gets dirty, pretty much time and use makes the map become not optimal
  2. well your even wrong on the size of my bike, and every cylinder head is different between makes and models. I am by no means an expert... I have just done a few things in my short time with internal combustion motors and I have my opinions and ideas.
  3. take a pic, might help me help you
  4. I picked up 11hp at the rear tire from bolt on mods over stock and if i wanted to gain quite a few more I could just do headwork with stock bottom end..... Honda engineering might make a whole roadrace season. Yes I know how race motors work and how they last.... Ive built a few in my day and rebuilt them on a weekend basis. ALso drag bikes need crisp throttle and good fueling across the board... not just the top end, cupcake.
  5. Regardless if its 20% or 90% the amount of power gained for the money spent/ amount of work was not worth it and for it to only last one season is almost insane. I mean if you want to play the numbers game then yes 20% looks like a lot of improvment but its only 9hp. In comparison to Rustys stock bike on a different dyno with different atmospheric conditions there wasnt much difference in power and we also havent seen your graph on how smooth the delivery was, any bike can be tuned to full kill all the time and not be really safe on the AF side. The point of this thread isnt how much HP he made but how much rideability he gained, the graph is smooth and all the throttle positions were tuned for better throttle response and smoother power delivery..... not a numbers pissing contest.
  6. Hey man, I do what I can to help others out. Hope you enjoy that system after Brian does his thang. I predict mid to high 150's
  7. Knightster with extended forward controls and drag bars for me please
  8. Looks like my Honda 1000rr from the side
  9. As long as you use their moly lube the specs are low, conventional oil they are really high.
  10. I would have asked for a 40 roll and $20
  11. Just for some tips on cleaning up your setup, I can help if need be.
  12. It was going to be a suprise for you but I just couldnt wait to tell you
  13. Drum brakes and ring/pinions..... I always have trouble with those two
  14. What? Two helmets for her sturdy balcony? and its the paint scheme on the left right?
  15. The MKIII Supras are notorious heagasket eaters like everyone has said, but they are all missing a key element here. The bottom end is cast iron and the head is aluminium, so when most people do repair jobs like decking the head and block they dont get the right RA finish on it. Much like sand paper the RA number is smoother the lower the numeric is and the MKIII's require an extremely low/smooth RA finish, other wise the head moves the gasket and block eats the headgasket even on stock boost. While ARPs and a copper headgasket ( not recommended) is a quick fix or even an MLS gasket it wont last long. My suggestion would be to go talk to Mike Phillips at Phillips racing engine in Grove City and see what he recommends, they do quite a few import motors and even some of my personal things.
  16. Bikes down for some routine maitenence..... or is it
