Agreed. The parts guys at HNW are extremely knowledgable, especially if you have a real problem concerning 'actual' parts. They have all been in the business for a really (really really) long time and are only in the business because they are true enthusiasts. I will say that they do have a tendency to come across as a bit 'bothered' at times when people come in looking for something that they have no idea what it really is. That's still no excuse for making people like they are bothered, after all that's their job, but you have no idea how often they hear "I need that one bolt that holds that one thing on.." or something like that.

I considered taking the WR out today, but then my lazy ass retreated right back to my warm couch and quickly dismissed the idea.

Man I completely agree. I'd like to know what their definition of "ride" is, especially since none of us can actually do so. I have friends that ride HD's (unfortunately) and they just love to give me shit about my bikes. The stupid part about it though is that every one of them used to ride sportbikes and even some metric cruisers, (which they loved) but once they bought that HD it's like they somehow got brainwashed. Not to mention now their wardrobe consists of nothing but HD tees.

He is not an employee at this point, therefore, if there is such a thing as a C.A. in this case, it has nothing to do with him. Lizard I know you typically have the inside info. about the local motorcycle community because of who you are and what you do for a living, which I respect. I assume in this case you know a lot more than you're letting on. And I also assume that's to respect the privacy of prospective business ventures, which I also respect. But, (there's always a but) if someone else wants to discuss a "rumor" on a public (local) motorcycle forum, what's the problem? Had you not try to discredit him, much of the info. and/or sources would not have even come out.
