  1. Noted. Jess gave me the 411. Im staying as far away from that place as possible

It is a cool place but I have been there many times now. I think we went last year or the year before

I was wondering what the outcome would be if you checked the website. I would not have let you go.

I worked with a guy that bragged about going there. He said "You don't have to worry about dudes hitting on your girl". He was a pothead that we called Cato, because he reminded us of O.J.'s buddy.

  2. Welcome. There is a Toyota extended cab truck (92 I think) around here, with an LS1 motor in it. It's for sale, but they never put a price on it. I stopped to look at it, not having money deterred me, though. Sure would have went nicely with my 2 Yotas.

Dweezel, that's a Toyota you could appreciate.

  3. do you skateboard? There is a nice indoor park in Florence,KY called Ollies. If you don't might be fun to watch for a while. Or you could come to my house and ride dirtbikes and four wheelers. Or there is always the Dock for a little evening dancing.

  4. check the local pawn shop. That is where I got mine. Kodak C633, I got it for $60 or 70. They will usually take less than what price is marked. I had some stuff stolen so I went to the pawn shop to see if it was there and found out its a pretty cool place to spend money.

  5. You don't have it listed as a choice, but I always favor blue. Now, considering it is a Yamaha you could use that to tie it in. I painted an old cbr600, 99 Honda civic si blue. It was a nice color. I powder coated everything a bright white, but a lot of colors would have went well with the blue.

  6. What's it a contest of? Toyota really doesn't make good WORK trucks. They make trucks that run forever and are good at offroading.

Not hauling, towing, payload or anything someone that REALLY uses a work truck for. And it's arguable that the GM trucks are just as lasting as the 'yotas -- and even some of the Fords make it up there in reliability and longevity too.

I'm just confused on what marketing geniuses decided it was good for Ducati OR Toyota to pair them up? Ducati is the Italian motorcycle marquee brand - Toyota is your run-of-the-mill midsize truck. I find it highly improbably that Ducati owners are looking to buy Toyota trucks to haul their bikes around with, just like I find it hard to believe most Toyota truck owners desire a Duc.

You are so very wrong! I had a boss that would load more shit in the back of his Taco, than most people would load on a trailer. He would literally have the front tires skimming the ground. The truck is still running and driving today (4 or 5 years later). Most trucks would have been shooting nuts, bolts, leaf springs, etc out from under them.

I own 2 Toyota trucks, and 0 Ducs, just for the sake of arguement.:p
