  1. Casper spent all the money on the forum. VBulletin 4.x is going to bankrupt him.

Srsly though, it's shitty that she talks trash about you, period. Regardless of whether its financial in nature. I wouldn't worry too much though considering the credibility of the source... and I'd like to think most people would know that.

ANOTHER ELYRIA PIZZA DRIVER ROBBED AT GUNPOINT

    DEVELOPING

Elyria – A Pizza Hut delivery driver is reporting that he was robbed at gunpoint while attempting to deliver a pizza on Riverside Drive in Elyria.

The robbery occurred just after 9 p.m. when the driver said 2 black males, approximately 18 to 20 years old, pointed a gun at him and took his cash and cell phone before running off.

Without his cell phone the driver returned to his store at Abbe and Broad Street to report the robbery.

No further description has been given at this time.

    /offtopic

    Proceed with further funnies.

  3. BS: I'm sure there are a lot of people on here hoping that you follow through. A LOT. On the other hand, who takes photos of their drinks set up at a bar? And how far do you expect a thread about pickle juice to go on its own? If it weren't for tangential thoughts and ribbing, this forum would be pretty bland. I'll remember in the future that you only want serious discussion, and to stay on topic, no matter what. Even if that topic is chasing a good shot with a dixie cup full of pickle juice. At some place with a dirty bar. In the middle of the afternoon. On a weekday.

This thread is funny, in an ironic sorta way.

  4. Well, what's the real number then? :dunno:

I figure he'd pick the best 100 he could find right?

And I dug through some of those examples... they really need to differentiate waste from fraud, and some of those "wasteful" program are debatable. For example, the WoW study (No, I don't play it), but I know they've learned a lot about human behavior and virtual economies from it. The study and subsequent cases I've read had scientific merit. Other may see the whole Iraq war money spent as waste... it's all in the eye of the beholder.

I wonder how much Coburn charged the taxpayers to put the book together.

  5. $11.5B in waste isn't bad -- all things considered. What's the budget?

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_United_States_federal_budget

    Total revenue $2.381 trillion (estimated)

    Total expenditures $3.552 trillion (estimated)

So... "waste" is less than half of 1% (0.48%) - and that's using the revenue figure. If you use the expenditure figure, that drops to 0.32%. I bet everyone here buys dumb sh*t with more than .48% of their personal budget.

Quick, grab your $350 gov't pitchforks !!!! :angrymob:
