  1. :werd: I'm responsible for my own trashy way of life, not my mother.
  2. May your birthday's be free of vomit laden bj's... esp. you NightRider
  3. $11, a coin to the batting cages in Myrtle Beach, SC and three paperclips I stole from my old job in 2004. You deliver. And, I can't give it all to you at once, so we'll need to workout some payment plan.
  4. The ABC news link (aka "mainstream media") I posted is dated Nov 12th, the Infowars one is dated Nov 13th.
  5. When it's a private company in the business of making money... how can it be unbiased? NPR is the closest thing you're going to get to being unbiased, and you know where they rate in the public eyes. Way too many to list, but the ones that don't cite sources or back up information with credible numbers I take with a grain of salt. Truth be told, one of my favorites is crooksandliars.com, which is admittedly biased towards many of my views, but I don't take every article as gospel... especially some of the gun stuff, which is emotion-based and not fact-based. I also read digg.com, which is a whole MESS of political articles from different areas -- some credible, some not-so.
  6. I think the awful thing is going to sites like infowars for information. You can sorta judge the kind of idio...err... people that go to those sites by the kind of advertising on them. --------vvvvvvv But, to be fair... it is a shame that candidates aren't given equal treatment in the media, unless they're batsh*t crazy and just tell lies, like Bachmann does. http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2011/11/gop-candidates-blast-cbs-news-for-disgraceful-bias-at-south-carolina-debate/
  7. This sounds truthful and legit. I say go for it.
  8. Why didn't you pay a private company to send it? Quit supporting the communist post-office... that is a Constitutionally establish organization that hasn't been funded through "taxes" or taxpayers since 1982. (save for the $96M they use to provide free postage to legally blind people, and overseas ballots) Socialist bastids!
  9. I'm assuming you upgraded the injectors as well? I don't know how much added horsies that 88mm is planned to add and at what pressure, but you aren't going to get too far until you upgrade to injectors, fuel pump, and then ECM. But, I was never really into fords, so I dunno how beefy the stock electronics are. The GN ECM is only good for 55#/hr injectors (high impedance), then you need to upgrade.
  10. So, he was behind the camera when your exroommate took you for a ride?
  11. Bad is still learning to adapt to gas stations though.
  12. You really want to start a conversation about gag reflexes?
  13. I had my first McRib 3 weeks ago. Two of them actually 'cuz I'm a fatty. They reminded me of BBQ rib sandwiches from high school lunch. Except the ones from high school were better, because they didn't have pickles.
  14. http://chronicle.northcoastnow.com/2011/11/10/emh-cuts-55-positions/ Hmm.... TOTALLY didn't see that coming.
  15. Just follow the money trail... The moral and ethical ones are the exception, not the norm. Like the article said (paraphrasing), Humans are in the system, and therefore the system is flawed. It's easy to armchair quarterback this and say you'll be the upstanding one, but I have a feeling it'd corrupt you too. "What's the harm in sneaking some verbiage into a bill that will allow someone to open a casino, it'll create jobs, etc. etc. etc. [rationalizing] -- and if I help my constituents get what they want and I get some free dinners or front row tix to my favorite sports team... it's a win-win for everyone right?" And the line continues to blur from there as long as you think and rationalize that you're helping people -- like Abramoff thought. This is why I think it's funny when I see GOP'ers preach values and morals. At least the Dems don't preach from their highhorse when they're caught doing sh*t.
