I received an email this morning about their HDTV sale. Looks to be some pretty good deals. Figured I'd share the link in case anyone is in the market for a new tv.

Oh man. If I wasn't trying to sell my car, I'd be all over this. GLWS.

Bill Browning. I used him to help me with my great-grandmother's asset/medicaid situation a few years ago. We didn't lose anything after it was all said and done.

This begs another question, is there a fee for paying it off too early?
I think it depends on the company. Some may charge you and some may not. You'd have to ask your mortgage company.
-
I know what you mean, I got mine in the mail last week. But we have only owned our house for 2.5 years.
Oh yeah and since everyone else is throwing out other ideas of how to pay it off sooner, most are offering a plan where they breakdown your payments and you make a payment every 2 weeks. Baiscally you end up making an extra monthly payment each year plus paying down the prinicipal before the monthly interest is calculated and added to the balance.
I should go talk to my bank about this. If my overall monthly payment stays the same, then why not, right?
-
Yup, I got mine already. It doesn't depress me when I know I'll have my home paid off in 10 years, well before I'm 50...
I'm still fairly new on this mortgage; only like 4 years in.
Start putting all your extra money towards the principal on the house...There is no extra money since I'm working on remodeling every room in the house. I've pretty much been doing one room each winter. All three bedrooms are done. The kitchen/dining room is done. Now I'm working on the hall bathroom.
-
Any other homeowners receive their statement yet? I just got mine and as I'm looking over it, it kind of depresses me.
For last year, my principal balance went down by $1,100 and I paid just over $4,000 in interest.
Sometimes I feel like cashing out my retirement to pay off the house. But, I realize that would be dumb.

SOLD!!! Lock it up.

I'll do $9,500 without fixing the headlight motor, turn signal switch (turn signals do work, just can't flip high beams on), and horn.

Has anyone been to this before?
I believe you get 25 tickets/tokens with the purchase of admission.
The VIP tickets get you in at 6:30p and an 8 ounce cup.
Does anyone know if it's one ticket/token per 8 ounce cup or will some places cost 2 or maybe 3 tickets/tokens per 8 ounce cup?
Found the answer.
With each ticket, you receive 25 tickets and each is good for one sample of great craft beer. The Samples are served in a 5oz. acrylic cup. VIP attendees get in 1 hour early and they get a larger souvenir glass for sampling.
Doing the math...
25 tickets x 8 ounce cups = 200 ounces
200 ounces / 12 ounces (a regular beer)= 16.6666666667 beers = Good times to be had

Was my statement untrue? No. I was just referring to the last time he was coaching at Michigan.
Right. I just updated it to reflect that he was their d-line coach for 8 years, not just in 2002.

Michigan Defensive line coach for 8 years through 2002.
