What's the "McDonald's breakfast-lunch barrier" ???
-
OH....finger prince.. she says "I don't think so" and throws him out the window.
God that was dumb. That is not a sexual reference. You just have a dirty mind while watching cartoons.
-
Yeah, I caught the prints vs prince reference, but that was it.

Damn. That dog got jacked up!

On my laptop, why does the mouse move on its own at random?
Every once in a while, it'll just start moving very slowly up the screen. If I need to move it with the trackpointer thing in the center of the keyboard, I have to fight it for a while and then it'll stop. I kind of got to the point that when it starts moving, I'll just let it go until it stops.
Why does it do that? Is there a fix?

ok...

Sure would be nice if I could get just one window. If you do decide to let one go separate, please PM me. One of the windows in my garage is cracked. I would like to replace it.

Looks like you have a lot of fun with your car. Now take it to thorne for rhino lining.
Fixed.

I unhooked the battery and let it sit like that overnight. Still has the issue. I called the service department this morning. They said I can bring it back in for another diagnostic and they won't charge me. I'm going back Monday morning. This sucks.

What certs do you have?

Home Owners Associations (NAMBLA) are tyrannical little organizations exerting pointless rules on home owners.
Who knows what NAMBLA stands for?

They also told me that when the coil packs are replaced, they need to reprogram the PCM. When I talked to Brady, he said that it is not needed. They probably just want to update the code, which has nothing to do with the COPS or this issue.
-
Yes, they said the COPS were bad on 3 & 7.
Yes, I replaced the correct ones.
I was very careful when plugging the connector back onto the COPS.
I'm not quite sure how I would make sure the springs are seated properly since there's absolutely no access to the boot once the pack is in place. I just press down on the COPS and wiggle it around to make sure it's seated.

Diagnostics said that the coil packs on cylinders 3 and 7 were bad. They wanted to charge me 2 hours of labor to put them in. BWAHAHA!! I went to the parts department to get the coil packs. $130 for 2. I talked to the parts guy a bit then called Brady. He couldn't get them for any less because they are OEM parts. I talked to the parts guy some more (just bs'ing about cars and stuff) and he sold them to me for $103 out the door. I went home, installed the coil packs in less than 20 minutes. I drove the truck to work and I still have the same problems.
So, I'm wondering if it's going to take a few cycles of driving for the PCM to relearn how to manage the air/fuel now that I replaced the bad coil packs. Is that possible? I don't know. If replacing the 2 coil packs doesn't fix the problem, what in the hell could it be???
