I'm not running that much now that I'm doing the p90. I ran twice last week for 20 minutes and once this week for 20 minutes.

this spring early summer i got up to 194lbs at 14% body fat (34" wasit) then just started eating cleaner reducing about 500-700cals.
now i am at 180lbs at 10% body fat, 31.5" waist.
and still can rep 325x10 on the bench, 345x10 on the squat and 545x2 on deads
hit a 550squat, 500 bench, 585dead im my gear
and 475squat 405bench and 555 dead raw.
screw p90x, it dont help you pull over 500lbs of the floor.
Your joints are going to hate you when you're older.

During the work-week, I eat healthy. I have fruits, vegetables, chicken, etc. But seeing their diet plan for this workout may even be better for me than what I eat now.

I just started the P90 last week. I have been working out pretty regularly for the past 4 years. Even though this is the beginners workout, it still kicks my butt. I lost 3 pounds last week, however, I have no self control on Saturdays watching football. Beer and snacks all day ruin it. I started this week 1 pound less than I did last week.
Question on the P90 set... When do you move from disc 1 to disc 2? Are you just suppose to only do the routines on disc 1 until you feel comfortable and confident enough to move on to disc 2?
And what is the diet plan on the P90?
