  1. Starting a thread to show progress and all the work that goes into Building a AMA Pro race bike. AMA requires the bike to be in perfect condition so its time for a face lift.

    The bike:

    2009 GSXR 600(build in 2010 because there were no 2010 GSXR'S in the USA)

    Formally a Celtic racing race bike ridden by PJ Jacobson

    Has allot of goodies already on it,but plan on replacing them with better stuff

    -New Jordan Supersport motor

    -Empro ECU

    -Ohlins rear shock

    -K-tek front 25mm kit

    -qiuck shifter by dynojet

    Thanks to my sponsors it will have all Woodcraft hard parts

    2 freshly painted sets of bodywork

    Being taken Fully apart and replacing all worn or used parts besides chassis. Sending all the suspension to Lithuim for refresh and rebuild.

  2. track in Wilimington, just east of I-71 on SR73.

    I had a Traxxas Revo nitro, and it was amazing. Bulletproof.

    Loved that one, so tried the JATO, and couldn't control it (too much power, tires couldn't keep up with the engine). I float in and out of RC every few years.

    I agree, Nitro is the way to go.

    Going to that track too!

    A couple of friends and I race at Go Fast RC Track in Batavia during the winter (when we do a lot less shooting than in the summer). We know the owners really well, so we go and watch the races and occasionally enter to get our asses kicked by the pros (we do 1/10 4WD SCT). The track is a huge indoor offroad facility that's heated, so it's pretty entertaining. If anyone from that area wants a place to run the cars, here's the site: http://www.gofastrc.com/

    NO FENDER!!!

    Looks like this but in gloss all fresh good paint and no front fender ******tank cover is white,but OEM white******* and the nose paint has a white number plate.
