I just saw Sherlock Holmes on Friday. I enjoyed it. Kind of sucks that you have to go through the whole story of Spiderman again with the Amazing Spiderman, but it's suppose to be more true to the comic books which is cool.

What he said. Get used to it first. You will need to install the android sdk so that you can have access to adb and fastboot. The risks are pretty low with this phone since it was pretty much made to be rooted. The bootloader is unlocked with a simple command, it can be re-lock with another command. HA! It's impossible to wait. I did the same thing. I'm still running the stock rom though, but I flashed Google Wallet and an updated radio. I really like the stock rom, it's just missing 3 things: 1) Wallet (already got it) 2) Reboot option from power button (there's a flashable zip for that) 3) Facebook sync (Paul Obriens rom is getting close to having this fully functional) I'm sure CM9 will have all those things, and then some. His stuff is too much for what I need though, which is why I stick with the stock(ish) builds.

What do you mean? This is a nexus phone brah, it will have developer support out the ass. Not only is it a nexus phone, but it's a nexus phone that's on verizon, and will have nationwide television advertising from Google themselves. This has never been done.
