  1. People still like iphones? http://ep.yimg.com/ca/I/yhst-54302161802939_2122_4361028
  2. Hey I talked to your dad about this, I'm interested and will probably give him a call sometime today to arrange a time to come look at it. You wouldn't happen to know what features this one has? Like the winter package, or gps or bluetooth. I gotta have the winter package.
  3. I agree with this. Take Culver's for example, awesome burgers and shakes...fucking crinkle cut fries. I usually substitute them for cheese curds. I love that the new fries are saltier.

    Sirius Investment

I just started this whole buying of stocks thing, so I'm in learning mode and would like to see more threads like this about investments.

  6. I always thought that the Elise was overpriced. $60K for a go-kart with a celica motor? It doesn't really surprise me that the Elan is overpriced too.

    Net Neutrality

"Opponents of net neutrality include hardware companies and members of the cable and telecommunications industries. Five of the biggest telecom corporations in the country—Verizon, Time Warner, AT&T, Comcast, and Qwest collectively lobbied $218 million to Representatives and gave $23.7 million in campaign contributions from 2006–2008." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Network_neutrality "All 74 Congressional Democrats that signed the letter to the FCC have received an average of $50,000 from phone and cable corporations. Representative Gene Green, who pushed through the Democrat's letter, has received $111,199 from lobbying by the telecom industry. The Representatives that spearheaded the Republicans' letter to the FCC, Cliff Stearns and Joe Barton, have already collectively received over $177,000 in campaign contributions from AT&T, and $66,000 from Comcast in the last year alone. The other Republican signatories have similar campaign donation figures." http://www.nthword.com/issue7/Net_Neutrality_Preserving_Democracy_Abby_Martin.php

  10. If all it does is send them directly to voicemail, why bother using an app if all you need to do (on android) is to select the contact, go into settings and check "send directly to voicemail"
  11. Unfortunately the new Elise is heavier. I think I saw somewhere its around 2800-3200lbs. Unlike Audis that keep getting sexier AND lighter.

    Net Neutrality

No, one step closer to preventing companies like Time Warner and AT&T from telling you which website you can view, and at what speed.

    Net Neutrality

So you are for net neutrality also. In Google's words: "Network neutrality is the principle that Internet users should be in control of what content they view and what applications they use on the Internet. The Internet has operated according to this neutrality principle since its earliest days... Fundamentally, net neutrality is about equal access to the Internet. In our view, the broadband carriers should not be permitted to use their market power to discriminate against competing applications or content. Just as telephone companies are not permitted to tell consumers who they can call or what they can say, broadband carriers should not be allowed to use their market power to control activity online."
  14. Elise http://lotusenthusiast.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/ElisePCH560.png http://lotusenthusiast.net/2010/12/new-elise-photoshoot-in-los-angeles.html Elan http://lotusenthusiast.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/Elan560.png http://lotusenthusiast.net/2010/12/new-elan-photoshoot-in-los-angeles.html Esprit http://lotusenthusiast.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/Esprit560.png http://lotusenthusiast.net/2010/12/new-esprit-photoshoot-in-los-angeles.html I like all of them, especially the Elise and the Elan.
  15. Yes. There are other cars that I would rather have, but wouldn't be embarrassed to be in them, but then there are tons of cars that I would be embarrassed to be seen in but I would never want to drive one. So that's the first car that is coming to mind that I would feel somewhat embarrassed to drive but would be enjoying it, I know this because I drove one last night.
  16. Did I get it right? I did have to read it a few times to make sense of it, then I looked at the responses and went with what I went with. Word you questions better http://kephost.hu/image-4373_4CFFECDB.gif
  17. http://iedei.files.wordpress.com/2010/08/audi_tt-2nd_generation.jpg Still kind of a girly car, but man are they fun.
  18. Looks like they washed it for you. My rental came pre-salted, with a broken side mirror.
  19. All the rivets broke in the disc while going 45mph, shifting from 4th-5th, just normal driving.
  20. I had a spec stage 3 in a car once, and based on my experience, I would drive it like it's made out of glass.
  21. Correct, and since I wasn't raised in the US, that's how I was taught to spell...you know, correct English. Now I just cracked on all you fools. 2014 Mercedes Awesome drivers are uncrackable though.
