The B5's (biturbo) are more sought after than the V8's. It is almost a daily occurrence that a former V8 owner traded for a 2.7. The prices are overlapping, a mid-priced B5 is about the same price as a low range B6.

2000-02. There were some changes made across the years, so you just need to pick which you prefer. None of them were really any better than the other, I prefer the 2000 cause they didnt have traction control and I am convinced that the intake manifold on the pre-2001.5 are designed a little better. Price ranges like a mofo. Anywhere from high teens for a nice stage 3, to as low as 5K for a stock high mileage one. You are basically choosing whether you want to buy one where the weak points have been fixed, or if you want to fix all the weak points yourself. S4's can be found on craigslist, autotrader, ebay, audizine, audiworld...and even right here on CR there is a nice Imola yellow one for sale that has been well maintained.

I dont really care either way, and to be honest I dont think I'll ever use it, but I dont see it hurting or benefiting CR. And like I said earlier, might even bring in more members, which is good. I dont know what all it requires to install, but if its as easy clicking "install", I dont see why not.

No it's black and on autotrader right now, good price, mileage is a little high but I'm not too concerned about mileage, its the damn automatics that kill me. Its so hard to find a manual in a B6. I've just been looking at regular Jeep GC, no SRT8's...just figured they are too much money.

I'm currently looking for a B6 S4, but I am yet to the one I want. I almost did but it was a fail automatic. I am also looking at 05+ Grand Cherokee which at the point looks more and more likely.

They arent making money off other forums, they are making money by offering a service to the phone user. That's like saying Time Warner makes money off forums because forums are on the internet, and they offer a service to get on the internet. Or saying that CR isnt going to allow access to people who use IE because Microsoft makes money off IE. With the search feature on Tapatalk, it might bring in more members to CR.

What??!? Yeah man you got it wrong. 2004 has a V8 and no turbos. AMG = Mercedes, so you probably have that mixed up with APR or something else. If you are positive that it has turbos, then its a 2000-02. Let's see some pictarz Manual or Automatic?
