Unless you wear your rain gear....and your hail gear. In other news, hocking was nice today, the BBQ at Millstone was excellent and the Road 2's are good in the rain. I think we rode thru a tornado on 33 and hail sux when wearing mesh.

alright, after much fretting, research and soul searching I ended up going with the Firestone Destination AT. Wasnt my first choice, but they will look good with the new wheels and I couldnt beat the price. $600 OTD including alignment. They get good reviews and will get better winter traction than a HT tire, gas mileage be damned!! Thanks for all the input guys. Pictures to follow.

The Nittos I have seen are good looking tires, but I am more concerned with squeezing the best MPG I can outta this thing. It will never see off road duty.

Some are 3 quarter ton the most are half ton. 3 quarter ton has the big block, f that.

Its only a half ton. Weighs 7,000# I love the BFG AT T/A's, but they are$ 1000 for my truck.

Thanks Monty, but im not driving 3 hrs to save 10%. I had mastercrafts on the wires 4Runner and they wore fast. Only got 30 k. They wore even though. I have the Yoko HT-S on it now and they are nice, but they seem to be discontinued.
