Just ride by their car and stick your leg out to take out their side mirror- this is my favorite for the highway (only go about 15-20 mph faster than there car or it WILL hurt your foot). Use small zip ties and zip tie a few spark plugs in front of your triple tree- just twist them off when you need em - the ceramic on the plug will def. crack a windshield if you have good aim. I only do this when people could have killed me... if you cut me off I'll just give you the finger and make you go 10 mph below the speed limit. (Disclaimer: a friend of a friend told me about this)

1/2 mile oval seems too small to have anything big there... if they spend all that money they might as well make it worth it.

ya- it looks the the front end smashed into a wall... So round and flat. But you're right the tail makes it look really short and narrow. I haven't ridden one yet- but i talked to someone who bought one and he said it was the most powerful liter bike he has ridden. (who knows what the guy has ridden tho)

I was reading on Mid Ohio's website about some of the requirements, Do you guys have your own leathers and back protectors- or just rent?? Seems silly to buy all that gear if only going to a couple of track days. Also i was reading another post about starting in Novice/ Intermediate- I've never done a track event, but consider myself an intermediate rider. Is it going to be boring starting in the Novice section? I'd hate to spend $200 bucks and not be challenged.

What type of miles/gallon do you guys get out there? I can go about 130 miles on 4 gallons, usually spend $15. Average about 33 MPG 2006 Yamaha R1

I've been in there a few times- Seems every time I go in I have to wait for service. Also they are the most expensive for parts and gear. I avoid that Hilliard Honda at all costs, The only reason they are still in business is because there isn't a dealership anywhere near the Mill-run area. There is a dealership off of Morse road right off 270 past Easton- They had a good deal of bikes and they were a lot more professional.

I've met some pretty cool cops- but some bitter ones too. Its like anything else, you have your shit bags and your all stars. Being polite to either has never hurt anything but the latter will probably get you fucked by the long dick of the law!

I got a great deal on it- I wasn't a fan of all the yellow so i replaced the rear with a black one and added the 50th aniv. decals. I'll get a pic of it up here. Last year i had a 06 1000RR but wanted to try something new- I want to go back to a 06-07 CBR- the new 2008's are just ugly.
