Pick a weekend - I'll go anytime. I'm riding to Colorado August 15-24th, but any other time is okay with me. Might wanna wait until September when it cools down a bit.

Just talked to my bud here in Indy - we're gonna shoot for leaving Indy at 4:00 PM and getting into Lexington at 7:00 PM. Meet us at the Man O' War Road exit, exit #108 off of I-75. Just west of I-75 is a Shell station which is next to a Wendy's , McDonalds, Taco Bell and a Godl Star Chili - pick a place to hang out and park your bikes in a conspicous area so we can see them when we arrive. We'll do the same if we get there before you guys. You guys cool with that?

Not gonna second guess what happened, but it wouldn't be hard to just miss a corner a bit and sail off of the road either. Have to wait until you hear it from the rider though. That portion of 78 has lots of blind crests with curves on top of them - wicked road to ride if you've not done it before. We rode right past the accident scene prior to the cops and ambulance showing up and I had no idea anyone had gone off the road. Kinda pissed I didn't notice anything.

Yup - that'll cover your share. We'll be leaving Indy around 4:00 PM or maybe a hair later.. Takes us right around 3 hours to get to Lexington, so we'd be there at 7:00 PM. It'll take you guys a little less time most likely as you don't have as far to go. Only about 100 miles for you from Cinti, so if you leave around 5:00 Pm, you'll do fine. It's right at 200 miles for us.

Floor is all you if you want it. My back can't handle that shit as I'm a pussy.

Here's our route to get there; We'll be riding around mostly while there, but also seeing some sights if there are any:D. Hit some restaurants for beers and dinner on both nights, etc. You could easily meet us in Lexington, KY on the way down.

Yeah, I know. I told Matt Carr that I was gonna be there, too. He knows I'm a flake and will forgive me. Will stop by there this week instead and blow'em some shit.

A friend of mine from Indy and I are heading to Tennessee this weekend. We'll be riding downfrom Indy on Friday, July 25th after work. Returning sometime Sunday. We have a room with an extra sleeper sofa - if anyone wants to join us, they're welcome to. It'll cost about $25 per night. Or, you can get your own room. Staying here: Comfort Inn and Suites 3660 West Andrew Johnson Highway Morristown, Tennessee 423 / 585-4000 It's roughly 360 miles from Columbus. Let me know if anyone wants to go or meet us there. Last shot. From teh Chauncy, Ohio Marathon station. I was so freakin' hot at this point that I just wanted to get back home.... We ripped up 78 and saw what was left of our group at 78 & 37 - waiting on word about the downed riders. After speaking to Satan for a bit on phone, we decided to hump it back to Zanesville on Route 60. All in all, it was a fun ride with some good people. Hope to meet more of you next trip! Eric

Nothing but the finest for Ohio Riders, Jimbos... The place was like a cave on the inside; no windows and very dark. I kinda liked it considering it was so bright and hot outside... Tried to shoot these without flash and didn't have a lot of success. Oh well.

I took very few pictures, but will post what I have. Nick taking pictures of the bikes. My wife always asks why we do this and I have no good answer for her.... Bikes at Jimbo's...

Almost 11:00 PM and I just got home. That was a long assed day. I suck at names and didn't get to talk to all that many of you, but had a great time riding in Ohio. So much fun that I might come back next weekend on the ST and ride it again! I have a few pictures that I'll post up tomorrow - off to bed now. Eric

Meet me at the Wendy's in Zanesville located at I-70 and Route 60 at 8:30 and we can ride to Rockbridge together. I pretty familar with the route, so it shouldn't be any problem to make it there by 10:00 AM. Eric
