Yep...Mines about $25. Geico calls it the "winter program" I also got a sunny day discount because they know i live in Ohio and don't get to ride as much as them southerners.

I'm betting on the brake caliper. Make sure it's snug. The fact you can bleed it and it releases kinda says no to the caliper though.

I do like VZ Navigator on my Envy cell. Turn by turn directions. But then someone always calls me right when it's going to get tricky. never fails.... I'd buy whatever Gps has a hot southern bell voice.
