  2. lol this rep stuff is getting out of control... Wasn't me.. but Casper already stated that...
  3. And why was Jr not competitive? He was a lap down from problems in the pit not his car. Trust me if the rain had not came Jr would have been up in the front.. He might not have won but he would have been there..
  4. Yea BUT.. if Jr did let up and get back in line, it would have STILL caused a wreck PERIOD.. How many times yesterday did someone letup and everybody got bunched up and there was a wreck? Also if you look Jr had a corner on Vickers BEFORE Vickers tried to block.. That is NOT blocking that is trying to cause a wreck. Watch the video again and tell me who came down on who? Jr got a run on Vickers.. Vickers was slower then the FIELD at that point. BOTH are at fault but Vickers could have stopped the wreck. No matter what JR did after he pulled down to pass he was screwed and nothing he would have done would not have ended in a wreck.
  5. Ummm it was the "stories" that made that trip...
  6. I was actually a Honda guy in the mid-late 90's. I rode a 900rr in the late 90's when I seen the write up about the new Hayabusa that was comming out.. I thought WOW that thing looks sweet.. Then I got married and bought 3 different Harleys.. Got rid of the wife and the moped powered yachts called Harleys both at the same time.. FINALLY was able to get my dream bike 8 years after I read that article. Here is what I have found out since buying my Busa.. 1.) Glad I didn't buy one in 99.. I was not in the right mindset to respect this bike. 2.) I have road more than 20 600+ mile 1 day trips on both Harleys(Dyna Wide Glide, Std Softtail, Heritage Springer) and my Hayabusa. My busa left me in way better shape after those long rides then all 3 of my Harleys. 3.) I choose the Busa for long distance rides PERIOD. That and the fact Im by no means a small man. I rode my brothers gsxr 600 and after an hour I knew it was not the bike for me. The ride angles are just to much for me. I could just as easy be riding an Blackbird, ZX12 or ZX14 for that matter. Hell my next bike might be a Concours 14, FJR1300, or an ST1300.. 4.) Got to love Suzuki marketing and how they SAY they came up with the Hayabusa name.. True or not it is a good story..
  7. Yea I didnt want to get the curved one for that very reason.. Mine is flat and is almost the longest part of my bike..
  8. yea no shit... I will have to drop mine off as much shit I need to get done..
  9. Is it me or does that chick look like a dude? Chin, face, hair, arms?
  10. A Corbin seat is 5X the seat a Tobin is based on comfort.. Trust me I had both and the Corbin is the seat to get.. I know I'm going to catch hell but a Tobin seat is 50% looks, 40% fad and 10% comfort. It is a fad with Hayabusa owners. Matter of fact, the guy who used to make Tobin seats broke off and is making his own I do believe. It is still the stock pan with different padding(sometimes less) and a new skin. People who bought them swear by them.. Then the people who actually ride long distance go and buy a Corbin. Same thing with the Pazzo levers IMHO.. They look good but I don't see much difference in feel..
  11. The race didn't even start till 3:40pm. No delay or anything.. I guess they want to make sure the lights still work at the track?
  12. Here is one of the funnest and most embarrassing fights... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8My36Iz-Wk

I will just add this to the list.. - License plate lighting - Oil Change - Radiator Flush - Spark Plug change - Chain & Sprocket change (+1 tooth rear) - Dual Cigarette lighter accessory plug-ins in the tail. - Food and some BS micro brew beer so somebody will help me..

I am at $330 a year for the same coverage... Got to love State Farm..
  21. Worse thing you could ever do is lay your hands on a woman.. If I seen man beating a woman, welll for future dealings I have been legally advised not to actually say what I would do. Here is a prime example of why parents should be allowed to "correct" their children. I have flashes of prison if my kid ever acted like this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GHWRkaHnZQ
