Just got home & finally got to see what people have been txt'ing/PM'ing me about. You know Brian... I went out of my way to make my responses to you earlier civil & professional, while you kept whining & whining to Ben about how you just simply couldn't understand why your thread got moved Seriously Brian... That's what you're gonna lead with?? I'm extremely comfortable with who my friends in life are. Maybe you haven't heard... But I throw a couple parties/rides every year... And maybe I'm hallucinating... But they seem pretty well attended. Not to brag, but we had 50+ people "who don't like me" at Buddy's 6 weeks ago + we've got another group goin' to the Gap this summer. You on the other hand... Have you ever wondered why so many people seem to bristle when you start braggin' about yourself & how you're the bestest rider who gets to ride the bestest/fastest bikes, or how you are the know all/end all of gear/products, & how most of the rest of us don't know nothin' compared to you?? Here's a clue... Nobody likes a braggart & a know it all. Here's another clue... Just because you know you're this way, & tell everyone that you know you're this way... I'm asking for my own situation. Just using my buddy's story as a reference point for my question. Wife qualified for our new home all on her own... I'm a stay @ home dad & finishing my Bachelors to graduate in May. I did the same for her when I was working on the railroad, & she refused to work while finishing her degree(s) Marriage is very tenuous right now, & I'm just wondering what, if any, rights I have to this new property, as I'm not listed on any of the loan docs.

Even if I'm not listed on the note, do I have to be listed on the mortgage? I had a buddy who had to list his wife on the mortgage, even though he qualified for the loan without her, & she was NOT listed on the note, or any other of the loan docs He was told that it was because Ohio's a dowry state, & that those rights cannot be given away

I have a real good idea who sent the message or made the call that ended the discounts. I just want to make this very clear, I made no profit off the glasses what-so-ever. The price I was quoted was the price that was offered. The only thing I asked was that everyone who placed an order paid $6 for shipping. I was offering it to help out other people from OR that were interested. But obviously someone was pissed because I was possibly taking away potential business from someone else. Is my shit factually straight enough for you now Brian?

But at it's core, O.R is still about members helping members. If I post up something I found cheap, that I have no monetary interest in/benefit derived from... Then my motivation for providing said info isn't questionable The exclusivity IP is paying for, is that we won't let another Yamaha dealer come on here & advertise, unless they're also a paid sponsor. Case in point... We let Iceman advertise now, but only after he got Shiet's to agree to sponsorship. Prior to that... He posted quite a bit that we had to PM him about, &/or remove. While we appreciated his enthusiasm & the deals he was trying to provide to O.R members... Without the sponsorship commitment, it was unfair to the other O.R partners If you truly "understand where the thought is"... Then why do you continue to argue so hard for your point, even though several of us have now gotten involved trying to assuage your concerns, & you claim to understand our side?? Is it because you still want to get your own way? And btw... Aren't you the same guy who shut Meanie down for offering discounts on Oakley's, because it was a competitive situation with your vendors, & you felt like he was taking advantage of the system??

I included several other examples too, but this is the one you balk at? And... You're the one who brought up the NFP charities that Ben likes to support for free, or at his cost, on his site... Not me If you're gonna open the door... Be prepared for someone to walk through it

So let's look at this from the other side of the table... How is it fair if we let you post about your product for free, when other dealers have felt O.R a valuable enough advertising avenue, to become partners with us & invest to become a sponsor? How is that a level playing field for our other corporate/dealer/site partners?? They pay a premium to partner with us, & in return, expect some exclusivity for their advertising investment

BTW... Are you seriously comparing your sales pitch for bikes you sell... To not for profit charitable organizations like Children's Hospital, Japanese Tsunami relief (Ben just gave up $275 of his site funds/sponsorships last week because he believes in this cause so much), & the muriad of soldier's charities Ben tries to support on here??

The difference is, they don't have vested monetary interest in the promotion & sales of the bikes they're posting about Brian. You're too smart a guy to play that dumb, & have it be believable
