you've got me.
answer the rest of it, do tell.
-
no you don't.
My 2 year old cousin plays this game.
Please tell us why everything, that isn't something you own, is worthless and the owners are idiotic?
And yes I do but that's neither here nor there and it's no use with you.
-
I know quite a few people who have returned the WD and opted for the ATV2 with positive results, so what does that say about them?

stream to me app + apple tv = win and cures all those problems not to mention jailbreaking opens it up even further but you're already against that
and if you're "not an apple hater" why are you in every single apple thread posted in the history of the internet trying to convince people otherwise? it's clear he's done his research and come to a logical conclusion, this is just you starting a pissing contest now.
in a way, you're basically calling him and every other apple owner an idiot for not agreeing with you. do you honestly believe we have not done research into these topics to come to our own conclusion? do you think maybe once you could not interject a thread with your demeaning attitude towards any Apple owner (or future owner)?
We all get it that droids rule and you're cool.

going by the time of my gopro, I ran a :26 during the final open session of novice...ape hanging and only touching the brakes before turn 13
it's just another expense after you go through them. i'm not sure why i didn't think of this when i was jelly of the knee draggers way back when.

I'm in need of a desktop solution. I've already got an ATX case sitting in my closet but with old ancient hardware.
Main use will be streaming music to my HTPC, some internet browsing, some office work. Not interested in SSD's. Output will be to a large 24" external monitor via HDMI/DVI, possibly dual 24" monitors in the future.
I can put the pieces together, just having trouble finding the proper hardware.
Windows OS.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I order all my HID items from the retrofit source, yes there are cheaper items out there but I prefer quality items over cheap eBay stuff (and they lived next door to me and wanted to help me out)
I had converted my halogen lights to projector fittings with HID which provides a much better focused light than just swapping the bulbs. Compare an HID halogen to an HID projector and you'll notice a major difference.
All functions stayed the same with the kit I had, operated the hi/lo through the OEM switch assembly with no additional switches. Normal function on the current R6 is one side is a dedicated low, the other a dedicated high. The retrofit source provided a relay harness that allowed both to be on at the same time with either both lo or both hi. This is the only function that changed from OEM at my request.

FYI, MAP means Minimum Advertised Pricing.. Emphasis on "Advertised" that doesnt mean you cant sell them for less than MAP, just you cant advertise it.
True, but there's a bit more to it with GoPro though.

gopro has a map policy to the extreme.

I think the mere mortals of the world are probably best served with something 675-esque.
Torque and a forgiving chassis make the bike easier to ride versus something more "surgical" and high-strung (like an R6).
Based purely on anecdotal evidence from the AMA, the R6 is the more capable bike, but the 675 is probably the better tool for the other 99% of sport riders who don't posess pro talent.
I wonder how the 675 would stack up at the club level if more guys raced them. The only person I definitely know of racing a 675 is Brandon, and Scott Rosie, who is mostly retired. But last time I watched Rosey race his 675 (which is a 2006, I believe, and has 12,000 track miles on it, or something ridiculous), he was racing against guys on a 2011 ZX10 and a 2011 S1000RR. He tracked down the kawasaki. I don't think he quite caught the BMW.
**edit - i belive this was the race. http://www.mylaps.com/results/showrun.jsp?id=1943170 Scott only raced because one of the other riders paid his entry fee to ensure they had enough bikes on the grid to collect contingency. ha.
Brian, my boss, is racing his 675 "RR" () in WERA with multiple wins. Dave Grey and Richard Harris also race their 675R's

Simoncelli was at the hotel we were at last year, we ate breakfast with him and his crew. That was probably more memorable than anything else that happened that weekend.

+1 for World.
I've been to both, and World was much better.

You're gonna have to muscle it, you have the bike's gyrosopic effect working against making the bike do what you want it to do.
Also helps to widen the clips on for more leverage.
