  1. You can call and argue with them about how much you can pay. Income based payments will take into account all of your bills, debts, etc. Make it easy, call them..."I cannot afford this, what can i do?" I defaulted on mine, turned around rehabbed them via whatever gov't program and I am currently paying based on a rising payment plan over time. Changes every 2 years i think.
  2. What color and trim you end up with?
  3. I am a logistics broker if you still need someone. I may be able to find someone willing to put it on their truck.
  4. I just got a 2014 Mazda 6 GT. Love it to death. The GT's are a bit pricey, but the sport and touring are phenomenal as well. At least check them out. I just took it in for the 5k oil change and service, zero complaints. I looked an a lot of cars and test drove most of them for 9 months, I started with the Mazda and ended with it as well. If you want a SUV, CX-5s are great too, but I wanted a car in the end. Top safety choice plus from IIHS and most rear legroom in it's class, comfy seats, enough power and handling is amazing with a comfy ride. If you were in Cbus I would recommend the guy I bought from, hands down best experience buying something i have ever had. Edit: I am leasing mine for 48 months with 48k miles, best option for us. I will probably buy it out in the end and over mile charge is only .15 per mile. Germain offers 5, 10, 15k service for free, pay for 20, get 25 free, pay for 30 get 35k free. Real world MPGs 40 hwy on a trip to chicago AND back, and depending how bad my lead foot is that week, 30-34 mixed city and hwy during rush hour. With my wheel/tire and dent/ding protection I pay 393 a month. Sports can be had for 179-200 for 36/36k.
  5. Fire? Arm? Why would I want my arm on fire?
  6. Could that be because people are hiding or refusing the register in big enough numbers to skew the numbers? Honest question.
  7. The most hilarious thing about his stance is that he wants people to stay out of his business and everyone elses, yet take away the ONE linchpin that holds the Constitution together? INFRINGING on the 2nd Amendment takes away any threat of consequence for bending, breaking, or eliminating the rest of the laws by the government that we hold so dear. Regardless of you willingness to have firearms or use them, I would hope you can at least understand that. In all honesty, the school shootings are tragic yes, but the number of people that are murdered every year in Chicago is more of an atrocity...yet firearms are all but banned in that city along with sale of ammo. IIRC you do not abstain, OR at least oppose, from breaking the law with illegal drugs because "what someone does in their own home is their business" and "doesn't hurt anyone". I think the victims and families of victims of the drug cartels disagree. Seeing their severed heads in the front yard and their lifeless bodies hanging from bridges I'm sure is acceptable for your high, or your lack opposition to others getting high. NOT TO MENTION the majority of violence surrounding gang warfare can be linked or a direct result drugs and the distribution of them. The type of government and freedom that we have comes with a price and limitations. I hope to God future generations keep a pessimistic view of the government, the minute the people give someone the road to ultimate power, someone will take it and exploit it. *no i am not the best writer*
  8. IIRC you brought that into the shop I worked at years ago. OR maybe it was someone else . Regardless...i love those bikes, maybe more than RC51s. GLWS.
  9. Shameless plug for my mom, she has a shop in the Rockbridge Market with jewerly, soaps, candles, etc. First building on the right. Caliazaret I'm sure she will recognize the bike (actually not so sure lol). If any of you decide to stop in tell her you all used to (sadface) ride with me.
  10. They work...until you have to change the tire, then little beads everywhere. I used them, and sold them at the shop i worked at a while back. When it came to change the tire i took it to iron pony and completely forgot about them. Tire dude was not happy. They also had eroded away so there was a conglomeration of powder, sand, and beads.
  11. I have a feeling I will soon be coming into work in my track suit and helmet...after all, sitting at a computer all day is still dangerous. ATGATT
  12. Hey Julie it's Chris, glad you joined up! Hope you enjoy it!
  13. I just wanted to thank everyone on here for being part of this great community. I have not been able to participate recently as much as I would have liked to, but I have had a lot of good experiences and made some good friends as well. To Casper and CBRgirl, thank you for creating and maintaining such a great site. We delivered the bike on Saturday to a great girl from CA that hopefully will be joining soon, I know the Honda will be well taken care of by her and I hope she has as much fun on it as I had. I will still be around, ever lurking in the shadows waiting to make the next dumb comment.
  14. I lived at the Meridian junior year of college, same year i got hurt. They were the worst people to deal with, unfriendly, prices were outrageous on the "combined" billing. The property was decent, but i never met a single kind person in the office. When I got hurt I brought in my workers comp paperwork to prove that I was out of work and waiting for the compensation paperwork to come through. Not their problem, I understand, but I had to move out in 3 while still recovering from a broken collar bone and hitting the road.
  15. I will make you a deal, $4k for the pipe and I will throw in the bike for free! Boom, sold lol.
  16. Anyone have any interest? I am about to lower the price on Craigslist to get a few more calls on it. I was hoping someone on OR would take her off my hands.
  17. I thought the sprocket was looking a little worn, honestly wasn't sure so that is why I put a picture of it in there. She is definitely a great bike, everything that I wanted in a bike. Well last thing I could have done was put a corbin seat on there lol.
  18. Thanks for the endorsement Nathan! Crying baby last night threw a wrench into the plans for pictures last night. Will update ASAP.
  19. Unfortunately it is finally time. It never fails that every time i go out to ride I feel like I am putting my family in jeopardy and cannot enjoy the ride anymore. Bought a new car over the weekend so this thing is ready to move. 2005 CBR600RR Red/Black 29.5k miles Tires are good - 2CTs 1+/1- 520 Conversion Arrow Dual Full Titanium Exhaust Bazzaz Module K&N Air Filter (i know, woohoo) Double bubble windscreen (also have a puig as well) I will include front and rear stands Synthetic Oil Change end of last year New Battery end of last year Whatever else I can find to go with it The Bad Been dropped on both sides at a stop BEFORE the exhaust was put on Crack in the front cowling (screw was over tightened) $4000 Also I have a Speed and Strength tracksuit (black - Size will be updated I am 5'11" and 185) that has barely been broken in, might sell my boots as well White Oxtar (size 10 i think) that i will probably sell separately.
  20. I bought my 600RR there back in 08, I had a great experience and they stuck by their word. I called in asking about the 600RR and they quoted me one price, I told them I was on my way to purchase. Turns out I had the finance manager on the phone and he misquoted me by a longshot. He admitted his mistake, stuck by his price and completed the deal, because of that I bought a few accessories to go with it.
  21. Is this a torpedo? Any more information? Thanks,
  22. you can return it. I was the Ops Mgr at Easton. Unless they put (NO RETURNS) or something on the receipt in a comment you are fine. if they say no, call corp and they will make it happen. If it damaged that is a different story.
