  1. Online gaming will not take up that much either. Battlefield and MW do things a little bit differently, not sure about you sons game. Battlefield is hosted offsite and sends individual players locations (essentially) whereas MW hosts the entire thing on a local machine so it transfers quite a bit more information back and forth. Either way I don't think it would be the root cause. I know a lot of people that game over their Mifi. While it is not ideal they don't blow through data like that.

  2. Hmm, I currently bank with Chase and they have been by far the most fair and reasonable bank I have worked with. I only have a checking and saving account with them but every time I have an issue it has been resolved over the phone. They have pushed through refunds/returns, taken away late fees, etc.

I also banked with 5/3 (horrible) and Key bank. Both had policies to rearrange transactions to promote overdraft and late fees in which i actually got a settlement from 5/3 in a class action lawsuit. 5/3 customer service was horrible and they consistently screwed me on my credit cards.

When I went to Mexico on my honeymoon, Chase gave me no issues at all.

  3. Apparently no one that has commented has been a server in the past 6 years. I was at Bdubs and there is an entire class and test on over serving someone. Yes it can be possible for the victim...not the drunk....to come back at the establishment for over serving someone. If they leave the building drunk off their ass, it is the establishment and the servers responsibility to an extent to make an effort to stop them from driving.

It makes sense to and certain point for me to at least offer them a cab (and there are ways for the establishment to foot the bill as well) or a glass of water and a chair. I agree however that it is ultimately the individual dumbasses responsibility.

  4. XDS is 1.05 inches longer and is 4.4 inches tall with the magazine and 1 inch wide. The Bodyguard is 3.25 high with the flat base plate.

Both are really small but personally I would like the have the .45 (actually .40 to keep same ammo type) but my mom has one and it is great to shoot.

Funny, I said that about the Glock over the Walther PK380 i was looking at when i got the glock. lol

  5. Ah, the Springfield XDS .45 single stack is getting great reviews, that is what I have been looking at, but I love my Fullsize XDM so having another would not be bad. I have a Glock 27 that I carry right now...running into the same thing, I want something smaller.

  6. Dont get me wrong, I love plasmas color and quality, but if the price is close, LEDS are the way to go for most applications. Oh and burn in is not a factor anymore unless left on pause with the tv on for days.

  7. ...le sigh...every tv thread I say that same thing...

Side by side comparisons will not benefit you in store unless on a dedicated bluray player or the like as the signals are split so many times that none of the tvs look their best.

Actually the end of october and early november are the best times to buy nice tvs for the current model year. Not black friday or holidays.

LEDs are by far the best tvs as they combine all of the best features of plasma and LCD. Plasmas screens do not have a technically higher refresh rate (they flicker many more times than LED/LCD) but it is the same picture. If you want a "smoother" gaming experience you should go with LED as the 120 or 240 hz processing will make generated images in between the two original images. I play most FPS games and the like and never have a noticeable issue with lag.

Qualifications: Operations manager and Sales manager at HHG

I have a 55in 3D Sony LED capable of 240hz (technically 480hz as it adds in black panels/flickers the LEDs inbetween the computer generated frames)

  8. Regardless of the accuracy of the Admiral Yamamoto Quote about a rifle behind every blade of grass, if the battle of Midway would not have been won so decisively by the US, the Japanese invasion would be been unsuccessful because of an armed citizenry.

The 2nd amendment protects the citizens from the government above all else. The key to controlling a population is by taking away the means to forming a resistance. You are naive to think that we are beyond this.

Yes it is sad to think that some guy killed his family member, but his mistake. It happens. In the eyes of the law this is no different than a negligent homicide in a car. Plain and simple the gov't needs to be smaller, states need to have more power and the Constitution needs to be more strictly adhered to.

Your thoughts on the military are out of line and offensive. Martial Law is the bigger problem than the military shooting anyone. Federalization of the National Guard is a huge issue, that is not their role at all. Their role is to be the militia to defend the states rights FROM the national Govt, under the control of the governor of the state. This is why federal military units cannot be deployed inside the US unless under Marital Law, that is why during natural disasters the National Guard is deployed under control of the Governor.

  9. Theres a bigger picture also to the public owning guns......... Also. Its the very reason a foreign country hasnt tried to put boots on our soil. But as far as owning a gun..... Always will. Dont have one but the night stand but i do have a sword........ Dont have a pistol as yet but will eventually. Its a right....... The other reason for the second ammendment is to keep the goverment in check.

Since I do not have enough time to complete a response....THIS
