Got it and like it for the most part. Got it mostly because my wife refuses to work out at a gym. She hates being around people. I've only lost about 10lbs so far, mostly toned up. Not really trying to lose weight just get back in shape. The plyo day isn't that bad. High school wrestling was ten times harder. I can definatly see I big change in my wife. She started at 138 and down to 119 so far after the 1st 90 days not following the meal plan just eating healthy. Good workout routine to follow so you don't hit a plateau.
