I've lived in and around Columbus for pretty much my whole life. I started riding in 2005 on a Honda CX500 Custom. Then I had a 1996 Yamaha Seca II XJ600S that I brought back from the dead by rebuilding the lower end, replacing the starter gear, clutch, etc. For a short time I rode a Ninja 250 that I bought just to flip because it was a good deal. And, now I am on a 1981 Yamaha SR500. I bought it in 2011 with around 3600 miles from the third owner. It’s a very clean bike; mostly stock with a White Brothers stainless header and Supertrapp exhaust. Not to fast, but lots of torque for a little bike.I'd like to hang on to this bike for a while, but I would be tempted to get an older Ducati to wrench on if the right bike came around at the right price.-- Alex M.
