I got this iPad as a Christmas gift from work and I've used it once and put it back in the box. Everything that came with it is still in the box and the battery has been properly conditioned. It does have the company name and slogan engraved on the back but a simple case will cover that up no problem. It is the newest one with the thunderbolt port.

It's for the most part brand new and in the box.
