John Posted July 19, 2013 Report Share Posted July 19, 2013 the only reason its a story is because the guy is a retard and his "defense" is kinda funny. anyone with more than two brain cells to rub together knows that comments by biden are not binding in any way shape or form. he could say "you should go out and drive drunk" but that doesn't make it legal. this guy sounds pretty dumb, and it's probably only a matter of time until he shoots himself trying to clean his gun. he probably SHOULD be locked up.
