2talltim
Hope it wasn't anyone on here. RIP rider. 28 news FB page reported that he had called his wife and told her that he had crashed before he died. :RIP:http://www.10tv.com/content/stories/2013/09/05/columbus-fatal-motorcycle-accident-hamilton.htmlsent via GS3 Edited September 5, 2013 by 2talltim

Casper
This news story is actually why I didn't ride this morning. Heard about it on the radio while I was taking a shower, as for some reason it just spooked me. I hate that there have been so many motorcycle accidents lately. RIP rider. DerekClouser
Always sad to hear these stories. Wonder if he was wearing any gear and if it would helped prevent the fatality.Either way - Ride in Paradise fellow rider.
ohiomike
RIP rider.... Still nothing on the cause of the accident?
Steve Butters
Nothing on the cause? Dude was drunk. Shitty how they're trying to investigate the bar... And why mention someone else dying after leaving that bar? It's not the bar's fault these people wanna get fucked up and drive/ride home

JohnG
This news story is actually why I didn't ride this morning. Ditto. Then, when I got done with a customer call in Gahanna, I went home and got the bike anyway. Had several calls and texts from friends hoping it wasn't me... 2talltim
One of the negatives to working 3rd shift and getting off at 7am its the fog. Especially out here in the sticks. Its the only thing that freaks me out still on a bike sent via GS3
Medina
Nothing on the cause? Dude was drunk. thats what I heard on the internet radio, he had left the bar and rode home. What a waste. Young man, family guy, his wife found him. messed up on all counts, not the bars fault. what a waste this site is perhaps the most morbid one yetup to date, live reporting of bike accidents in Ohio http://www.accidentin.com/motorcycle_accidents_in_ohio.htmI hate looking, but can't help checking it for some reason... Our politically correct society, always the fault of somebody else. Not sure about you guys, but the majority of fatalities this year appear to have been due to no gear or the rider making a bad decision.
