bigd
The Heart says life is short, carpe diem. Get a bike that moves your soul. And, that is all. Follow what you want (assuming you have the cabo to support it reasonably). You only live once my man.
Tinker
if your looking at a bike and its screaming to you get out and ride from the beginning, then buy it. I started on a 1500 cruiser after a long break from riding, because it calls me to the road. I can see it from my window at work and its flirting with me all day to go have some fun. if your night hawk isn't as attractive anymore, get something that is, you can't have fun or learn if you aren't as interested in riding. if your keeping the hawk, then you can do more advanced riding with it which will give it purpose and keep your new toy for making the stuff you've already learned more interesting. have fun and ride, good luck on your decision.
