magley64
People vote for any number of reasons... Skin color, name recognition, the little letter that represents what party they claim to be.... or the fact that they just can't stand that "other guy"... Gump
Increases could be dependent on the policy renewal date. So some will have to wait and see. Ours will go up next year and it won't be based on the amount of claims which is why you would normally have an increase. Darn sick people. This is excluding the new taxes coming up. I am 30 years old with no preexisting conditions and I never even went to the Dr last year. My plan just went from $130 a month to almost $260 a month. Obama essentially took all healthcare and kinda put it out to bid, but insurance companies with lower rates compared to others, quickly raised their rates. Some sort of socialist healthcare equalizer.Using multiple healthcare brokers to fight against eachother on a companies behalf is always fun. The original broker will him/haw and tell lies that you can't have two brokers going after the same thing. All lies, it just makes it difficult for them as some insurance companies will only quote one broker for one account.

No wonder why you think this whole Obamacare shit isn't terrible. you ALREADY had a low level plan so you're not really seeing the effects Proof? My insurance is going up to the tune of $200/mo. What kind of % are we talking? I've been keeping note of real people and their % increases to see where we stand as oppose to others Increases could be dependent on the policy renewal date. So some will have to wait and see. Ours will go up next year and it won't be based on the amount of claims which is why you would normally have an increase. Darn sick people. This is excluding the new taxes coming up. This is 100% true. Due to our renewal being at the end of the year as opposed to the beginning of next year we dodged a bullet from the biggest of the increases. Next year we're likely to get bent over though

No wonder why you think this whole Obamacare shit isn't terrible. you ALREADY had a low level plan so you're not really seeing the effects The effect was that for the majority of the people where I work, the plan now costs less. The plan that the company had was mostly ACA compatible, but the deductible was too high, so they dropped it to 2k.

Instances like this are why Obamacare is a bigger joke than the healthcare industry already was

Pokey
Even though my Son is going to be in the Army this time next year, we are keeping him added to our insurance as well. I also did some adding to my life insurance and long term disability, can never be too prepared. I officially moved over to my Wife's insurance, hers was better and less expensive than mine was this year "and probably going forward".
