I am going to go out on a limb here and assume that Mr. Rogers was originally in favor of the ACA. Anyone that thought the ACA was a good idea is not qualified to give advice on fixing the ACA. Mr. Rogers doesn't care as he died in 2003.It was more of a sarcastic comment on how things seem to be going.As in you are assuming that the ACA was supposed to work in the first place.Things make a lot more sense if you assume it wasn't supposed to work.But instead was to be a 'transition phase' into single payer.<Queue Magley in 1 2 3...> Since that is me sitting right behind the witnesses no, not surprised at all.
