redkow97 Posted March 30, 2014 Report Share Posted March 30, 2014 I would get more info and source parts before buying anything that old. 2-stroke is going to require periodic rebuilds, so it's a matter of when, rather than if you will need things. $200 sounds right though. If you can get the bike, and get it running and stopping safely, might not be too bad for the kids. Then down the road, if they are still interested in riding, upgrade. A guy in Automation has a 2006 yamaha but not sure if it was a 125 or a 150? He got it for his kid, but he stopped riding it.......the price is right and was last rode summer of 2013.
