The collar snaps down so it doesn't 'flap' in the wind.It could pass for brand new. Worn once or twice, then I sold my Bonneville America and it's been hanging in the closet since. It has a removable insulated liner. Good ventilation: zipper vents on the back and under the sleeve, and small perforated panels at the gusset. MSRP was $399.99. Will accept any decent offer.
