A waterproof treated Rock Tex outer shell with tape sealed external zippers keep you 100% waterproof. Externally accessible armor allows easy access to C.E. approved armor in the shoulders and elbow. Joe Rocket includes padded spine armor however we strongly recommend adding on an optional Joe Rocket C.E. spine protector. Joe Rocket includes zippered control to ventilation allowing you to control just how much, or how little air flow you need.
